Haha it feels like he does that for every ball hit in the air, i remember a few times last year when he pointed up and my response was ‘wtf’…reminds me of the movie major league when the fan in the stands said the ball was ‘too high’ when it was a bomb.
His brother does the same fucking thing. There are literally YouTube compilations of Edwin Diaz pointing up at balls he thinks are pop-ups that end up as homers.
It seems he doesn’t know where the ball is going when he throws it or when they hit it.
He literally does that every single time someone hits a homer off of him. He’s absolutely fried and we need to trade him while he’s got any sort of value.
