  1. Obviously we’re awful, but this game convinced me that the baseball gods hate us. 14 Brave hits and like 5 of them were squared up, every hard hit found a glove. Madness.

  2. The Nuggets might win a playoff series before the Rockies get their 5th win of the season.

  3. There’s not much left to say at this point. Certainly don’t try to rush Tovar back – embrace the suck and embrace that people will at least talk about us – even if it is discussing if we can break the loss record 😓

  4. This month has been one of the saddest months in Rockies history. Bud Black has sucked all of the potential energy for joy, hope, and passion out of this team. This was suppose to be the year where things would start trending in a positive direction, instead here we are, spinning in circles and embarrassing ourselves

  5. This team is a disgrace to Colorado baseball fans. The sad part is I have no idea how this could ever get better until an ownership change

  6. The Rockies are like the parent you have a bad relationship with but still invite over on holidays. All they do is hurt you, but you hope that something will eventually change. Deep inside, you kind of know that it never will.

  7. managers can win a ball game, and they can lose em. tonight is on bud, his typical stance to leave his pitchers in way longer then necessary backfired for the umpteenth time. he even left chivilli in a batter too long. now before people argue we got shut out for 8 innings and the bats were silent. well again i just go back to bud black’s refusal to do anything to ignite momentum in a baseball game. just bleeping yesterday in the 1st inning you see francona of the reds attempt a double steal in the first inning while they we’re up 3-0. yet late in the game with beck and rymac on first and second. nothing. we do nothing. earlier in the game beck tries to square up to bunt only the pitch was high and thus he refuses try again. now certainly we had some sh*t luck this game with 2 fantastic catches by white and olson. some wind related hits for the braves and simply just lost to a better team. but i’m tired of the manager just going through the motions vs creating some motions, we need a spark, something , anything to change a 7 game losing streak. and i dont care at this point if it’s performative play acting to inject some life. argue some balls and strikes. have an opener tomorrow, then pitch your starter in the 3rd inning. have the first two batters attempt to bunt tomorrow. move doyle to the 2nd spot. rymac to 6-7, bottom line. if we’re 4 – 24 it’s time to change the motions. what’s the worse that could happen, we become 4 and 25.

  8. How bad do they have to be to have anything happen to Bud or, God forbid, Monfort? We haven’t had a winning season in almost a decade now.

  9. It’s time to **chill** with the postgame threads. Ok buddy? Let’s settle for a weekly thread and we can reflect on the 6-7 losses that week.

  10. I believe it was Confucius who said “same shit, different toilet”

Added bonus of Beck and Trejo botching two fly balls.
