CONTROVERSIAL call to end the game 😳

The Dodgers win on a very controversial call. He appeared safe during the replay but they called him out and it was upheld even after the review

  1. I hate this Mickey Mouse crap of holding a tag on a runner.
I’m old enough to remember when this never happened in baseball.

It’s only the advent of every game being televised, five different camera angles, super slow motion and video review that has brought this childish maneuver into play.
    If he’s safe, he’s safe.
    Move on.
    Play the game.

  2. Hes actually out. When Wyatt hops Up, the glove (definitely the glove strap if not a part of the glove itself) is touching The uniform. Now if the fielder forced him off the base, id say safe. But thats just great awareness to keep the tag on and letting the momentum of the runnner take him off the base.

  3. Langford beat the throw and the initial tag for sure. But as he launched in the air, the glove came off and never touched him again, and I think he beat the second attempted tag also. This was clearly safe. I don't know how they look at the review and don't overturn the call.
