“I’m expecting Kyle to take a big jump. You know, Year 2 of the system. Year 2 of understanding what we’re trying to do offensively. All those things that come with it, so expecting a lot of good things from Kyle… He knows what he needs to work on with the details, some of the fundamentals and techniques, the consistency down in and down out, those are the things we talk about with him and (TE coach Kevin) Koger talks about with him all the time is those finer details and that next level that he can take as a player.”

The thing is Pitts was top 10 in his position this season, he made big plays at the right times to put the team on the right path for example he started the drive that won the eagles game & he had that big catch in the 4th on the 2nd to last drive against the cheifs and would’ve had the winning td had he not been tackled before the ball got to him and don’t forget he was Penix’s 1st TD receiver with an amazing 4th&13 grab also the man had to literally jump up and down waiving his arms to get his 1st td from kirk wide open in the back of the endzone so all this Pitts needs to do this and that crap is nonsense this offense has so many weapons if Pitts “lived up to a 4th overall pick” we wouldn’t be utilizing our weapons the right way so in other words to all the pitts haters get off his 🥜

I feel like Bowers will be in the same situation as pitts in his yr 5 hopefully without the injury but went off yr 1 had garbage qb play for the rest of the yrs now they have jeanty next yr they will probably draft a WR and sign a vet in FA and his production will steadily decrease while they get playmakers around him until or unless they get the right qb

  28. Remember Pitts in new system is used more as WR. Running routes as a Wr and TE def diff. And all Te arent able to conistently manipulate their body like Wr. Wr are sually more skilled route runner because they arent as bulky. WHat are reasonable expectation for Pitts as a 4th option. London Mooney Bijan then him but really was Ray Ray then him when it come to targets. If he has 1000 mooney might not get close to 1000, Bijan numbers go down ,and def ray rays. We gotta get used to a balanced offense. We gotta use all our weapons. If he has 700 yards im good unless he has top 2 targets. Also would be smart for the Falcons because if Pitts does get 1000 ayrds then they gonna have to pay Top 8 te money vs top 12-15 just because we didnt give him enough targets dont mean he wont produce if we did.

  29. Ik he's a 4th pick but are we complaining that almost 700 yds 4 tds with kirk at qb is bad having the Share with drake darnell and ray ray and he had matt year one and he was the no 1 target there was no drake and darnell

  32. He needs to show up and show out as the popular phrase goes. He looked better with Penix. It almost looked like Cousins didn’t trust him to try. His body language kind of does it for me. Dude – you’re in the NFL!!!!! Guys would absolutely kill to do what you do. Now go do it!!!!
