Benson is on fire! I love it he’s so charismatic too makes it easy to cheer for him
After that golden sombrero against the Giants and being sent back down, Benson was like never again.
I really want Conner Joe to go “ohhh yeaaah snap into a Slim Jim” with those glasses on.
Nobody has better comebacks than willy B.
Will Benson that’s it
I think Will Benson was sorely needed in this clubhouse. Not just because he hits bombs, but his attitude is infectious and he’s the quintessential hype man, who the Reds don’t really have if he’s not here. I’m so happy he’s back and I’m even happier he’s bangin
I’m so happy Benson is taking advantage of this opportunity. Hope he keeps it going.
Underrated Joe. I’ve liked every at bat I’ve seen from him. He hits for contact and gets shit done
Will Benson makes me want to run through a brick wall
Benson and Hinds are infinitely more valuable to the team compared to Hurtubise and Dunn. It’s actually shocking having bats that can get runs in at the bottom of the order.
Will walking back in the dugout with that big D energy.
What benson has done for the past few series should cement his spot for the rest of the season even if he goes dead cold stick him at the 9th I. The rotation if you have to he will hit some dinngers regardless
Thank you for not having a 10 pitch AB, Kwan
Tough throw, would’ve been sick if he made it
Damn, was hoping Abbott could go one more inning but this is probably his last
The fact Elly got to that ball is outrageous
The fact that was eve a potential for an out is a testament to how insane Elly is.
Why is Barry hanging out with teenagers in the DR?
The Connor Joe xSwag is off the charts
Abbott is FIRE
I might try to give Abbott one batter in the 6th honestly
6 is nice, but 5 is the expectation. Good outing for AA
Great outing Abbott for not having your best stuff early. Thanks for gutting it out
Way to go Andrew. He always seems to settle in even with a not so great start. No runs given up today is hard to believe with that start
I forgot about edinson volquez
Massive xBA gap so far this game
Elly is so electric when he’s on, but his bat has been frozen lately
### Pitching Substitution
Pitching Change: Scott Barlow replaces Andrew Abbott.
Barry wasn’t even paying attention.
Lark, what did you notice??
lol lark was not paying an ounce of attention
Nice try by Connor. Aren’t first basemen generally tall?
You can’t tell me there’s no one in AAA or available around the league that wouldn’t be an upgrade on Barlow
Wtf is Martinez pissed about. That was actually a strike and about 15 feet closer than the strikes going their way all game.
