Okay that first clip is not a Hit Batter, that's a strike or a ball depending on your preference. But he started to go around, OR he leaned into it. You don't get a base for missing the ball so badly it hits your arm.. Ridiculous call.

If the MLB had a salary cap, it would experience a renaissance unlike any that we’ve ever seen. Unfortunately the buffoons in charge only think about the next quarterly report, and long-term planning went out the window 30 years ago. The morons in charge think that making baseball more like other sports will increase revenue. How about revitalizing the game for fans of small market teams? There are way more of us. It’s not like it’s easy conducting business in large market states.
