Dallas Cowboys Eyeing Jalen Ramsey Trade With The Miami Dolphins?!
An ESPN report from Jeremy Fowler says the Miami Dolphins and Dallas Cowboys may be discussing a trade for Jaylen Ramsay. We’re going to talk about that. Also, did Tyreek Hill just flat out admit he didn’t give us enough in 2024? Some will say it’s taking accountability. Others will say it’s admitting a lack of professionalism. We will discuss that. Also, OTAAS start this week. So, we got a ton to discuss. Make sure you smash that like button, subscribe if you are new, and as always, let’s get into this [Music] [Music] [Applause] one. Hey man, if you got any questions, we’ll do a quick Q&A with the chat. If you got any questions, drop them in the chat. I’ll pick a few and we will go over them. Shout out to all you Panther fans. You guys are loving life cuz the Carolina Hurricanes are absolutely bomb. What do they owe and 15 so far in their last 15 Eastern Conference games? Like ouch. It is a absolute disaster for the Carolina Hurricanes, man. Dairy Queen Blizzard might be hitting harder than those hurricanes right now. I ain’t going to lie. Ain’t going to lie. And I don’t know if you know if if you guys saw that video of Tyreek going one-on-one with the girl in this camp. Once again, Tyreek Hill couldn’t hold on the ball and she came away with it. And took it to the house, man. And another thing, too, shout out to Around the Horn, man. I remember growing up and, you know, PTI and Around the Horn, that backto back, man, I never missed episodes. You know what I mean? I I never miss episodes. And it’s crazy that that that’s actually ending right now. Crazy. Uh yeah, no, not happening. CD Lamb ain’t going to get traded. They just added George Pickkins. They are not going to trade uh CD Lamb Dallas. Johnu Smith contract. I’d get ahead of it just like I’d be trying to get ahead of a Zack Cer contract. All right. Like 110% I’d be trying to get out ahead of Zack Cer, Jordan Brooks, and you could throw Johnny Smith up there, especially if the plan is to move off of Tyreek next year. 110% I’d be looking at re-upping Johnny Smith at least. Hey, because you don’t know what how the draft’s going to go. You don’t know how free agency is going to go. Keep your best receiving threats here. And on the flip side, I’ve already said this, Jordan Brooks and Zack Cer should have new contracts in hand. You know, they’re going to be part of the future here. Seer especially. So, you know, I would definitely I would definitely be trying to extend Jonnu. Who are two undrafted free agents? I think BJ Adams is going to make this make the team. You know, I think I can give you a couple a handful. I think I’d keep an eye on BJ Adams. I’d keep an eye on John Sanders, the safety from Old Miss, because that safety room is all over the place. I mean, Ethan Robinson from Minnesota, you could even keep a little bit of an eye on. I think BJ Adams is the one in that secondary to watch though as making the team potentially. They loved him, right? They brought him in for 30 visit. Um, Andrew Armstrong, obviously the receiver from Arkansas who led the SEC in receiving. Theo Whis Jr. is another one I’d keep my eye on. Josh PBY, the guard, he’s a really good mover and athlete. So, that might be interesting to keep an eye on because remember Andrew Meyer made the team last year as a UDFA, right? So if you can show some better movement skills and some more pop and power than Liam Iikenberg, you know, or Larry Borum for for that, you know, I would definitely I would definitely I would definitely try I would keep my eyes on those guys. Try and keep my eyes on those guys. realistic trade compensation for Jaylen Ramsay like a fourth. I wouldn’t be taking a fifth. I’d be saying, okay, and if you do get the right amount of biders and an injury happens post June 1st, you might be able to stretch that to a third. But fifth, you know, I I’d go fourth would be realistic for me right now. What would be my dream scenario in any I don’t really have one. All I’ve said is if you’re going to fire McDaniel, make do it in season. Don’t wait like you did with Flores. Do it in season to give Weaver a chance to show you what he could do as an interim. That’s what I do. Do I trust the co? Yeah, look what they do with Chop, man. I trust Weaver and I love Austin Clark. Austin Clark’s been here since before Weaver. He’s been through multiple regimes. And there’s a reason why. Austin Clark’s a damn damn good coach. You need two tight ends, brother, not just one. And Frell Brown is not the answer. Julian Hill is not the answer. No, I think Smith is going to be here longer than this year, especially if McDaniel’s here. They’re going to take care of him. Uh, I think he’d need to do something. Like I think if he did something post June 1st, if it was like super major, I wouldn’t even be shocked if they just ate the money and said peace. But I don’t put a high percentage in. I’ve said it all off seasonason. I don’t think they view getting rid of Reek at this stage as addition by subtraction. Whether they’re right or wrong remains to be seen. But I I just don’t think they view it as that, especially with how desperate they are, you know. Um, you know, I’ll talk about that when we go over the whole Ramsay situation for sure. Don’t worry about that. I’ll I’ll cover that and discuss that as we go over the whole Ramsay situation. All right. So, we’ll use that Robert as a segue and we’ll get into this Ramsay situation right now for you because obviously that is what everyone’s going to want to know about. I think, you know, we’re going to talk about Tyreek Hill and that video that he I think he thought he was taking accountability, man, but it just pissed me off even more to watch it. Anyways, but all right, let’s talk about this. So, Friday, you know, I believe it started with the homie. Shout out to homie David Ferrones. Um that’s my buddy right there. That’s my boy right there from Suns Sentinel. He um he tweeted out about Jeremy Fowler had you know a segment whatever blah blah blah blah blah about talking about Ramsay and the Cowboys. Now that was just a tweet. Your boy went out and found the actual clip so you can hear exactly what was said. And yes, I do have a Patreon in update coming. Um, it’s going to come either tonight or tomorrow. I’ve just been, you know, busy. I got a new cat and stuff like that. So, the nights have been kind of hectic with this little one. Um, so because I also have a video I want to do on a potential breakout season coming this year, and I’m I haven’t even started that yet. I’m going to start it this week. So, um, it’s going to have like stats, video, uh, film, all that kind of jazz. So, Patreon update is coming. Um, it should be coming either tonight or tomorrow. All right. And we’re going to talk about a few things in that. All right. So, Jaylen Ramsay and Jeremy Fowler, ESPN report. Let’s go ahead and let’s play that for you guys so you can hear exactly what happened. That’s not necessarily the case for Jaylen Ramsey. He’s probably waiting with a little bit more baited breath. Any updates on his situation and a potential trade there? Yes. So, I was told Miami has been in contact and in talks with several teams about Ramsay. So, nothing imminent yet in part because of that $24 million in guarantees that he is owed in 2025. The Dolphins haven’t shown a willingness to pay a lot of that money. Neither do teams. Now, the LA Rams have been loosely involved here. You know, they won a Super Bowl with Ramsey. They’re very familiar with the player. Nothing hard and fast, though, as far as a deal. NFC East could be one to watch. Dallas Cowboys, look, they made three trades this offseason. Four players on rookie deals. Could they make a fourth trade on a NFL veteran who’s on a bigger contract? Certainly, but they need quarterback help. When I checked with somebody in Dallas, they said, “Look, we it’s possible we might not be done. It’s slow right now, but you know, we could always be looking to add.” So, I mean, you hear him say there multiple teams are interested, the Rams are loosely interested, and he talks about um the Cowboys maybe making another another um deal this off season. Now, let’s get let’s dive into this a little bit here because I think there’s a few things to take into account. Okay, number one, remember they drafted my boy Savon Revel out of East Carolina, right? So, you go look at that. They used their 76 pick on a quarterback, Savon Revel out of East Carolina. That’s number one. Number two, they already have Don Bland and Trarevon Diggs. But that’s kind of where things get interesting. Now, this was originally actually, you know, I know Paulie King was asking, this was actually going to be a part of the three takes that I had coming up. I’ve heard Okay, so let’s date back to the draft here. I knew they were looking at corner before the draft. That’s why the Savon Revel pick really didn’t really didn’t surprise me because there had been whispers, you know, if Will Johnson was healthy, they might have taken Will Johnson there instead of Tyler Booker. Another thing was I had already heard whispers of them checking in on the Ramsay situation prior to the draft. Since then, the draft, since before this um report came out, I had heard that for the right price, Travon Diggs and Don Bland could be made available to a suitor. Now, where it starts to get tricky is this. Don Bland was hurt last year, right? Right? He only played seven games last year. Now, in 2023 and 2022, I mean, he was a stud, right? 2023 was a breakout. He had nine picks in that season. He was a stud that year, right? He had 15 passes defended. He was a stud. But last year, getting hurt, that kind of that that kind of like o, you know, that kind of that kind of set us back. And remember it was a stress fracture in that foot. So yeah. Um it it wasn’t it you know and then he obviously came back um and you know he came back in November. They thought he was going to come back in October. He came back from November and he didn’t even have a pick, right? Um, he wasn’t that great in the final seven games. Now, Trarevon Diggs, that’s a sexy name. I get it. Problem is, he’s been injured the last two years. He’s only played 13 games over the last two years, and his numbers have dipped. I know 2021 when he played that 16 game season and he had 11 picks, everyone was like, “Here we go.” And then he followed that up with a kind of a mediocre 2022, right? Since then, 2023 and 2024, he’s been banged up. It’s kind of again, you’re in the same boat. Let’s say you want to call Green Bay, hey, you want to do a one for one Ger Alexander swap. You’re in the same exact boat. Banged up, injured. You know, you don’t know what you’re going to get. To be honest with you, Daron Bland might be the safer bet right now because at least he’s only had one injured season on his on his resume last year and he actually came back and finished the season off. Travon Diggs, you know, it it’s the last two years have been tough for him. H have been real tough for him, right? And yeah, he had what 2024 he had like season ended. He had like knee surgery, right? Cuz he what tore his ACL? He tore his ACL in 2023 and then he in 20 in December 2024 he had an injury on the same exact knee. Travon Diggs is honestly someone I would not touch. You know, pause. But yeah, I don’t know about that. you know, when when you tear your ACL and then that same knee now it it it you have another injury on it again. I don’t know, man. I don’t know. That would be very very very very worrisome for me and I’d be very cautious with that because Travon Diggs man right now with that m like you know um man and he’s kind of locked in a little bit right he’s got a $12.5 million cap number um this this here now. Yeah, they could save over $9 million in trading him, but man, you really want to take on that potential? I’d honestly go for Daron Bland. Daron Bland’s what, got a $5.4 million cap hit. They say 5.346 million if they trade him. Now, they do have cap space. They got like over 31 million in cap space. They got 31.89 million in cap space. The problem is though, Micah Parsons needs a new deal and then Micah Parsons needs a new deal, 110%. And then Dax only got what, one year of guaranteed money left on his deal after this year. 2027 2028 are no guaranteed money. And then 29 to 32 are void years. So you got to start moving money around for Dak. Micah Parsons needs a new deal. I mean, if they want to take Jaylen for one year as a mercenary, that seems kind of like the most realistic thing. But I mean, you heard Jeremy Fowler even say this. Teams are thrown off by that salary right now. And again, this comes back to the Miami Dolphins handing out money when we weren’t when we hadn’t won anything when they had already handed out money, right? Like W hadn’t got money yet. Tua hadn’t got money yet. Jaylen Ramsay had gotten money. And now, you know, 31 years old, he wants a lot more money, right? You got a 24.235 million guaranteed salary, cap number of 1661 million. So, I mean, look at even if we trade him, you know, you’re saving 9.9 million, but you’re eating 6.745 million this year. It that money, man, that new money you gave him is kind of biting in the behind a little bit right now. And teams are looking at it like the guy’s 31, okay? Like, let’s be real here. He’s 31. And listen, I don’t think he was terrible like some people will try and make him out to be last year. But I will say it was clearly obvious he was losing a step and he was trailing more than we had seen in previous years. And that’s a problem. Like that is a serious problem cuz what are you going to be at when you’re 32? What are you going to be at when you’re 33? And I guarantee if that wasn’t on tape, you’d probably have a lot more people willing to pony up the asking price. But the problem is it is on tape. You can’t, you know, tape never lies. All 22 or nothing, baby. Paul says, “Thank you, Reason for your content. You’re one of the very best in Dolphins content world that I can trust with fair and accurate information. Appreciate you, Paul. Thank you for the support, sir.” And that’s and like Robert Thompson just said in the chat, 31. It doesn’t seem open to the move at safety. Right now, I’m told he’s not open. He’s not overly open to the move. He He down to play safety in that star role, you know, as you move him around like a chess piece, you know. That’s why I think Finsspin, that’s why I think if they get Ramsay, it’s okay, you’re a mercenary this year, and if you’re going to come back next year, okay, we’ll add some guaranteed money to that, but we’re not going beyond 2026. So maybe like a two-year mercenary, right? I don’t know. But I don’t see a long-term deal. This is what I if you ask me reason, what do you think it’s going to come down to? Now, I’m going to have a few teams that haven’t been talked about in my Patreon update in there because I have already given a list of teams that I heard interested. I honestly think he’s going to wind up as a Ram or a Falcon. Now, another team I heard was quietly interested in the quarterback market during the draft were the Raiders. And, you know, let’s be honest, he does kind of fit, you know, he does kind of fit, you know, being a Raider. Like, let’s be real here. Um, but remember, they also took Darien Porter at 68, right? [Music] So again, another team, right, that takes a a corner in the 60 to 80 range. Sure, they could use them 110%. But I don’t know how realistic that is, but again, pre-draft they were in the quarterback market. Personally, me, I’d be trying to get him back to the NFC because You don’t need him to have a resurgence for a good AFC team. You just don’t. You don’t want to see that. And if he does have a resurgence, let it be in the weaker NFC where you hopefully won’t have to deal with him this year. I don’t know if he has a no trade clause, but I think you might be able to say he has veto power because he’s represented by Athletes First. And we all know how it goes with athletes first, right? They make sure their players get what they want, whether it’s trade destination or money. Remember, he kind of forced his way to Miami. do the research, you know, check back in your memory banks. He used athletes first and they leveraged him to Miami. He got what he wanted. Who’s to say he’s not going to try and pull the same? Now, the thing that comes with that is I had to look at that Bengals logo for a second there. The thing that And sorry, I look like that because my I did something to my neck. The thing that comes with all of that is Greer’s relationship with Athletes First. Is he going to say, “You know what? I’m not giving you what you want.” I hope he does. Get what’s best for the team, not what’s best for Jaylen if you don’t want to be here. And I like Jaylen, but get what’s best for the team. You know, it’s not like he’s been here for 10 years and we owe him one because he took us to a Super Bowl. You know, I don’t think he gave up on Miami. I think he gave up on McDaniel. I know he loves Weaver. I’ve heard he loves Weaver. Like, put it this way. If they fired McDaniel last year and Weaver got made the interimm coach and they kept him on, we might not even be in this problem right now with Ramsay. I know some people don’t want to hear it, but that’s a objective, honest opinion right there. It is what it is. Not every player is going to vibe with the coach. And you could see it in year one a little bit, too. Just watch Hard Knocks how Ramsey’s looking at him. So, you know, now um over on uh Bleach Report, they had one one move every team should make and with Ramsay on the way out, the move that they said the Miami Dolphins should make is signing Shaquille Griffin. According to NFL Network’s Cam Wolf, the Dolphins will part ways with a quarterback Jaylen Ramsay. That happens, Miami would have a glaring need in the secondary. Storm Duck and Cam Smith are the top two boundary corners behind Ramsey on the roster. In 2024, Duck appeared in 14 games, started in three, and allowed a 100.2 passer rating and coverage. Smith has yet to log an NFL start. Griffin can only fill a void in the Dolphins pass coverage. Last year, he allowed a 75.8 passer rating while only giving up two touchdowns in a rotational role with the Minnesota Vikings. He would be Miami’s top cornerback assuming the team moves on from Ramsay. Um, you know, I I mean, okay, cool. you know, there there’s guys out there like I would prefer, you know, obviously I think we could all admit if he passes a medical, we’d all prefer Asante Samuel Jr. Um, you know, Shaquille Griffin and Razul Douglas kind of fall in the same tier as me. You know, I’d be okay with it, but I’d be okay with it if they were number two. As a number one, oh boy. you know, um even like I know Stefon Gilmore, man, it’s not five or six years ago. I wouldn’t want him to come in and say, “Hey, be the number one.” You know, like that just doesn’t appeal to me. Like, I’ve said it all. I’m the one who’s been saying it first all off season, and I’ll say it again, trade for Jaylen Watson. I’ve been talking about this all off season. That’s what I’d be looking into. I’m not going to lie, I’d be looking into a trade for Jaylen Watson. If you can get a corner like that, perfect. Perfect. Like, I know Mike Hilton is another really good corner out there, but okay. If listen, if the idea is to move Kohou out to the boundary, okay, then go get Mike Hilton and kick him in to the um in into the slot, move Kohou out to the boundary and then Storm Duck, Cam Smith and Razu Douglas or whoever you signed can battle out for corn for you know that other spot opposite of Kohou because I thought Kohu was getting better on the boundary as the year went on. in this system. He was picking it up quicker. You could tell he was getting there and the light was starting to go on a little bit. So, they might see, you know, it as worthy of a continued development based on the film they saw last year with Kohu putting him out on the boundary a little bit more or as, you know, out on the corner a little bit more. What would be my preferred return from Dallas in a Ramsay deal? I Yo, if if I could Listen, I know he was hurt last year. If you could get me Don Bland in like a fourth, I would take that for Jaylen Ramsay. Honestly, I would. If I could get Don Bland in a fourth, I don’t know. But I look at how they got a paid Parsons and I know they can move money around and they can make that first year impactful and then Dax’s a worry. You know, I could see why a lot of teams don’t want to pony up that money to Jaylen because a lot of them want to see what they get this year from him and then decide, hey, are we going to put more money on this guy’s contract or not? But I would be down Don Bland and a fourth. Yeah, I’d be down for that 110%. I think Don Bland if he’s healthy is better than Razul like you look at the age and and where like I I think Don Bland would be a better investment right now than a Rasul honestly well well you want me to keep it a buck with you give me Don Bland in a fourth for Jaylen and I’ll still go out and sign Razul Douglas or Shaq Griffin just to add some competition to that room just in in case training camp comes around and Cam Smith doesn’t look like he’s ready to take the next step. Same thing if I traded for Watson. If I got my dream, the guy I’ve been talking about since the season ended, Jaylen Watson, if I got him, I’d still go out and add Razulu Douglas or whatever. If the idea is you do want Kohou out there, okay, I’ll go get Mike Hilton, right? I’d still go get one of those free agent guys along with the guy I traded for. That room needs as much competition as possible. I think BJ Adams gonna Man, I’m telling you, I I’m telling you, I I would I would be watch BJ Adams, especially if they don’t add anyone that moves a needle to this room. Like, if they add a Razula Douglas to this room, I still think BJ Adams has a damn good shot. And um greatest ghost says, “What happened to Ethan Bonner?” I’ll tell you what happened. The It’s the regime change, brother. Fan Fanjo was a fan. Doesn’t seem like Anthony Weaver was a big fan in year one. They kind of put a cap on that. I don’t know. you know, either politics are at play, i.e., hey, as long as he’s healthy, Cam Smith because of his draft status needs to go over Ethan Bonner, or Anthony Weaver just wasn’t a huge fan, right? It’s like how we’ve seen Nick Needam, you know, I know he’s not here anymore, but we saw Nick Needam fall continuously out of favor, out of favor, and out of favor as the regimes change and the injuries piled up. Now, take away the injuries. I still think he would have been falling out of favor a little bit. I think it’s the same thing right there. I think he’s just I think he’s just falling out of, you know, out of favor. Now, he could go off this off season and in training camp and, you know, work his way back into it. But let me tell you this, if Ethan Bonner gets back and takes meaningful SLA snaps next year, you got to tip your hat to him because from what we’ve seen for the last over a year, he’s going to have earned them. Paulie, that is all of our dreams. That Cam Smith takes an unbelievable step in his progress and starts to prove his worth. That’s all of our dreams. All of our dreams. I think we all are dreaming that right now. You know, that’s a dreamw weaver kind of dream right there. So, but yeah, corner is just such a crapshoot right now. I I wouldn’t, you know, if you trade for one, I’d double up. Get a cheap veteran and throw him in the room and see what happens. Who’s that going to hurt? And if it does hurt anyone’s feelings, you got to start asking some questions, okay? That does hurt anyone’s feelings. Just saying. Now, continuing on here, Tyreek Hill, he posted this video. It hit social media. I’m going to play it for you. Listen to what he says. Tyreek Hill admits he messed up. And I put that in the nicer way of saying what he said in 2024. But this doesn’t have me hyped for him taking accountability like it does for some others. instead. I’ll give you my thoughts on it after we play it. This is what he said. We’re in the lab this year. We’re in the lab, bro. We weren’t in the lab how we supposed to be last year, bro. I’m going keep it a stat with y’all, gang. I [ __ ] up. But having time to like realize like what what what got you here and just being grateful for like all of those opportunities and the people that like supported you or pushed you to like just be an absolutely different beast. Got to put that work in when nobody’s watching. Bro, this man just admitted he didn’t put in the work last year that he should have. Like, am I supposed to be happy about this? Is this supposed to make Oh, well, thank God he’s putting in the like, is like, am I supposed to be relieved? Like, and I’m being serious here. Like, and yeah, I noticed the cast on it, but again, I’ve told y’all he’s been posting videos of himself running routes and working out. Anyways, I’m surprised why the Dolphins haven’t just posted any of them. But I digress here for a sec. Is that supposed to make me feel happy that he realized he didn’t work hard enough last year? You know, like look at what every noodle said. Like like that’s basically what I’m what I’m feeling right here. Oh well, thank goodness he’s finally going to try. Oh. Oh, we’re so lucky. Bless you, Tyreek. Bless you for blessing us with some effort. Like come on, man. And greatest ghost is right. Chub was on point with his take at the end of the season. I told y’all y’all there ain’t no coincidence that y’all saw Patrick Paul, Zack Cer, Jaylen Phillips to a tongue of Aaloa and Bradley Chub was Mike McDaniel at the F1 in that captain’s photo because this man watched Bradley Chub who hadn’t been around that year because he was hurt step up and check this man Tyreek and put him in his place and McDaniel’s like, “Oh, I got a real on. And then when they saw Chub take the kind of discount he took to stay here and prove his worth, that showed even more leadership and they’re like, “Okay, that’s what someone with ability wants to do for our team. Let’s reward him.” Shout out to Jess. Haven’t seen you in a while, my friend. I hope you’re doing very, very well. I hope the weather is beautiful even with Dolphins football the way it’s going and your 76ers obviously not in the playoffs anymore. I hope you’re doing well, Jess. Appreciate you. Um, you know, like like look at what Finn spin. He nailed it. Tyreek was a $25.25 million loaf last year. I’m not going to say I’m not going to sit here and call him a meat. But I’ll use the loaf. You’re right. Use a loaf. You pay that. Look at Look at this man just admitted he took a bunch of money from the Miami Dolphins and he didn’t need a ski mass or a Glock. All he needed was to go out there and put minimal effort. That’s what he basically just told all y’all. Appreciate you. Much love to you, Jess. Uh, well, Paul was in the picture, so everyone’s assuming he’s one of the captains. I’ve said I would personally have Aaron Brewer a captain over him. That’s just my opinion, but he was in like the captain’s photo, so everyone was like, “Oh, he’s a captain.” But I would probably brew over him. Yeah. And he told the world he’s out. He got paid almost 30. I want Look at this. Who cares? I’ll tell you who cares. Richmond Webb when he came up here and he said, “You can’t trust this guy anymore. You got to move off of him.” I’ll tell you, players care, bud. I don’t know what you’re on right now. Did you not watch what Bradley Chub said? News flat. Oh, you’re not a Patreon or channel member, so I’ll give you a hint. Why do you think him and Tyreek haven’t talked since the season ended? Why do you think him and Jaylen Wadd have serious tension right now between the two of them? Okay, so yeah, people care. I hate to be the one to tell you it, but people care in that building. And guess what? If he didn’t have a contract that was immovable, the Dolphins would have shown you he’d cared because his ass would have been out of here. That’s basically it. I’d be down for Jordan Brooks as a captain 110%. See, I 100 I 110. And so, greatest ghost, let me ask you this, okay? Even if you make a 100 150k a year, even if you make 200k a year, let’s even put people on that upper echelon, how is going to feel like, never mind the people that make like 50 to 70 or 80 a year. Okay, these people sitting here watching a guy say who makes over 25 million a year basically taking a stance of what you just said. Think about that for a second. But all bless the heavens. He’s grateful now. Bless the heavens that blessed us. Oh, thank you, Lord. Like, come on, man. Am I supposed to be happy about this? Am I supposed to do like back flips and cartwheels? Come on, man. Yay. He told me he’s going to give me some effort this year. Like, that should go without even saying, man. You’re making that kind of money, man. 110% effort is the minimum you should be given in life. It’s crazy, man. But hey, is driven his trade value into the gutter. You know, we’re stuck with that contract. But hey, at least like coach Prince said, he’s taking the wide receiver room to dinner and he’s admitting he’s actually going to try this year as it compared to last year. Man, is this where we’re at right now where this is the stuff like we are, you know, the bare minimum is supposed to get me excited. The bare minimum is supposed to make me go harrah. Come on, bro. Like, come on. Unbelievable. All right. And this week, I know it’s Memorial Day on Monday, but the Dolphins, they’re going to be getting back to work on Tuesday. Organized team activities begin May 27th when the team will start to come together for more complete practices. First handful of sessions are voluntary, ramping up to mandatory OTAAS on June 10 to 12th. Here are the dates for 2025 mini camp. Tuesday the 27th, Thursday the 29th, Friday the 30th, Monday, next Monday, June 2nd, next Tuesday, June 3rd, Thursday, June 5th. And then the mandatory mini camp is Tuesday, June 10th to Thursday, June 12th. Okay. Now, I’m going to put it out there just so people aren’t like, “Oh, what’s going on?” Jaylen Ramsay is not expected to show up for this stuff. Now, if he does show up for it, like, you know, wow, you know, slap my butt and call me Charlie. I’ll be that. I mean, that’ll be what’s going on here. I don’t expect him to show up for these. You shouldn’t expect Jaylen Ramsey to show up for this stuff either. In fact, you know, mandatory mini camp starts June 10th, 11th, and 12th. He probably going to be gone by that time just so he can’t be fined for not showing up to mandatory mini camp. What are you talking about? Tua did come back. Tua got his hip hurt. Tua had a hip pointer. The medical staff wouldn’t clear him. What are you talking about? Tua didn’t come back not come back from a concussion. He got a hip pointer because the offensive line got like that’s when the offensive line let Tua down was in the San Fran game. Tua got beat up in the San Fran game. He got a hip pointer. You ever had a hip pointer? Do you know what a hip pointer is? And it was on the hip that he had surgically repaired. Yeah. They were going to shut him down. So, you don’t even know what you’re talking about. Anyways, um and then just so you guys know, like after OTAAS, obviously, um you know, those are going to wrap up in June, but then after that, um then we are going to have training camp. Um and training camp last year started at the end of July. It started like July 28th. Right now, the NFL preeason begins on July 30th, but the first full week of preseason games is the week of August 7th, right? Because Thursday, August 7th kicks off the first full week of preseason games. So, we’re coming up, man. We’re coming up, right? Um July, we’ll be getting into training camp. May into the beginning of June. It’s only going to get probably get slow there after mini camp ends on June 12th. So June 13th to like July 20s something will be pretty pretty slow. That’ll be your dead period or whatever. But man, you know, we’re still got some ramping up and we can expect some Ramsay news in the middle of all this too, right? And then on top of that, we can expect something to happen for them to, you know, fill the void that Ramsay is going to leave. Now, are they going to be able to fill it completely talentwise? No. Like, they’re not going to find another Jaylen Ramsay right now. But, you know, we still do have some things on the horizon, right? The Ramsay trade, you know, the search and eventual addition to fill the void left by Ramsay. OTAAS’s mini cam, mandatory mini camp. So, a lot of stuff, a lot of stuff coming your way. Didn't the Cowboys paid Dak last season or I may be wrong
Aiite reason I see ya 👌🏽🔥
Hi Reason thanks bro for the great show ❤
They unloaded Byron Jones on us, might as well take advantage of Ramsey not wanting to play under this staff.
Why can’t the dolphins keep their high priced corners? Ramsey, Howard, Byron Jones wtf?
Thank you Reason for the Memorial Day weekend. Both my dad and grandpa both had stage 4 lung Cancer and passed from it so it's a grieving weekend for my family but we're trying to make the best out of it.
