all right all right all right it is December of 2024 we’re actually in the modern day rebuilding probably the most unlucky team in the NBA this season the Pelicans have had probably their eight best players all get hurt for extended periods of time so far from deante CJ McCollum herb Jones Zion Ingram Trey Murphy Jos Alvarado and Jordan Hawkins EES Missy had a little jump in his overall cuz you know he’s a rookie he got pretty decent and we’ll be happy to have him for this video but coming to the season those were their best eight players like you knew it was bad when deante literally broke his hand in the first game in his first game with the team and just to add to the curse Dyson Daniels has been absolutely incredible he’s probably been one of the better defensive play he’s been one of the best defensive players in the league who I’m assuming you know they they traded for deante but it’s not that there was a bad sentiment behind the move the team is trying to win now the only problem is you can’t win now when none of the players are playing now so today’s goal as you could obviously tell their injuries are on is to not only deal with that but deal with the fact that this team is 5- 20 in the last seed in the Western Conference even though they were you know probably expected to at least make a run for the playoffs but with the West nothing’s guaranteed but I mean shoot they were in the playoffs last year for now this team be down there with the Wizards and the Jazz so for this point of the rebuild like right now um there’s honestly nothing to do we just have to wait it out probably go to the trade deadline as of right now thankfully at the very least New Orleans does have their first round pick this year but this team isn’t really in the spot where you should be that excited to get first round picks oh here we go this is good so on top of the fact that I’m already dealing with the injuries that are currently occurring uh herb Jones just broke his left leg the team is still 14th in the conference Zion is back now and so is Ingram Okay cool so that was about like a month and a half I think that sounds about right the team is back and you know almost as healthy as we can be with herb Jones out now I think it’s safe to say I’m not going to run anything shorter than a 10-man rotation considering that you know everyone keeps getting injured and this team is very very good on paper okay at least they beat the damn Jazz I don’t even know if I want them to win anymore though the Rockets offered me Fred Van for CJ and it’s funny so I was going to mention that if there was one player I’d probably put on the Block as of right now just considering the age and everything it’d probably be CJ also Ingram’s already been in the news as is because he expires after this season he’s probably one of the bigger free agents and it’s going to be kind of awkward to try and resign him considering it it’s kind of felt like the writings been on the wall for him to leave for a while now and the NBA moves fast while today in December you know Ingram’s injured he’ll be back by the trade deadline and yeah you might have to consider moving the dude oh damn I’m just looking through the team to see which one Ingram should go to and the sun’s traded back for Chris Paul that’s mad random all right now yall might call me a crackhead but I think I found my spot where I want to trade Ingram to or at least try um Detroit they’re seventh in the conference they’re not far off from being a top four team in the conference in the East honestly Ingram and Kade Play Pretty similarly but that’s just the NBA so uh yeah you could deal with it all right I think I’m going to go ahead and do it we’re going to trade Ingram and a super future first round pick for Jaden Ivy and Tobias Harris now I really wanted to try and scr like assar away from this team but it didn’t seem like they wanted to give him away but to be fair if we get ivy on this team we can slot him as our scoring shooting guard of the future I’m a fan of his game in real life and I think video game specifically it’ll be a pretty good fit for us I was able to finesse the trade a little bit honestly didn’t really want Malik Beasley but I was really just trying to get it so I didn’t have to give up a first round pick but eventually they added it back in I just give up these three scrubs and uh we get Malik Beasley for the hell of it so maybe we could just like resign him and he’ll be around and he’ll be cool so yeah I’ll take it screw it now it goes without saying that we’re going to get rid of CJ McCollum now and by the way obviously Ingram wasn’t like a terrible fit for the team or something in 2K I just feel like they’re going to probably get rid of him in real life so I kind of wanted to go according to that plan if they don’t oh well all right so we are going to trade CJ McCollum Malik Beasley Tobias Harris and javante green to the magic for Anthony black Jonathan Isaac Goa and Cole Anthony magic probably wouldn’t want to get rid of Anthony black in real life for one though this is also called my NBA it’s not their NBA I don’t give a damn but they are a top three team in the East right now in the simulation and this would probably solidify them as a pretty high tier Contender if this they get this many scoring options and Tobias Harris gets to go back home so screw it so obviously those trades position us for now we have a second Center to EES Missy which is nice I like Goa I actually wish the Knicks got him in real life a great defensive forward to back up Zion a point guard a young point guard to replace we lost in Dyson Daniels and now the starters is just deante Jaden Ivy Trey Murphy Zion and one of the center they can choose it’s going to be Goa it looks like honestly I’m going to run 11 man rotation because herb Jones isn’t even back and Jordan Hawkins is the last man in the rotation we definitely want him to play I like the direction of the team but obviously uh the health and Zion and that that’s kind of the same thing oh Anthony black just got hurt oh Zion just got hurt right at the damn trade deadline that’s not a good sign how the didn’t it just say 2 to 4 weeks he just he just got healthy in 3 days oh Zion injured again four to 6 weeks let’s see how long it takes this time a week I didn’t change anything I don’t know why it’s going so quickly Luca MVP McCain Rookie of the Year a men wins six man Victor DPI a men wins most improved and LeBron gets clutch player of the year we only had one award winner and that’s EES Missy on the all rookie second team and we finished the year with 32 wins which is good for like fifth best in the league fourth best fourth worst I should say fourth best odds I guess oh damn shout out to the Pistons they lost in the first round I guess I hold them and the magic wait am I seeing things incorrectly okay at least jayen sus got hurt maybe that’s why they draft lottery a spot this team should not be excited to see at this point in their life but whatever I’m like a th% sure the Knicks traded that Washington pick to the Timberwolves but um you know how 2K goes oh boy the 76ers just jumped up into the top four shout out to them I guess they never got better and I guess we’re probably slated to go number five right now is it going to happen are we going to jump up okay we jumped up as well that’s good fourth pick it will be okay we stay exactly the same that worked net Wizard and Sixers get the top three obviously we could like Leverage this pick to trade it for something the main reason why I had to trade Ingram was because he was a free agent M column was more of a preferential thing hey I won’t do it but I probably couldn’t do it even if I tried but it is really funny I noticed in that other video shoot if you saw it you saw it but Victor is not Untouchable okay I the trade I just offered I I didn’t expect to get accepted I literally offered it thinking they were about to send me back the little you know what I’m saying oh uh we we’re thinking about this this offer but we’re going to renegotiate it with you um no they it would be a bigger player that can maybe back up Zion although herb Jones and Trey Murphy could already both do that first pick is Dylan Harper second pick the Wizards get BJ Edgecomb oh my goodness crazily enough might not see the rotation just cuz I kind of like letting the coach handle the stuff this dude Carlo genuinely broke his kneecap in the summer league and is out for the season I’m only mentioning this because it told me I have to I can’t release him on the disabled list are you serious hey let’s have it like this you get your health back and get released anyways I don’t give a damn hey Brandon Boston is is actually pissed at us he’s like down to a 72 on the roster screen because we don’t play him but he’s pretty good so I’m going to trade him to Chicago for a first round pick and I’ll trade this dude out of here for a second I don’t really want him oh boy we already deal with the lamelo injury bug I’m not going to lie we are getting injured a lot like so far it’s only been like dayto days but I’ve seen EES Missy herb Jones lamelo Jordan Hawkins and we’re ninth in the conference currently it’s not the best not the best uh let’s do some reflection on the team currently I didn’t really I didn’t really pay attention to it but Cooper is starting at three I kind of expected this but they’re saying that Alvarado is a negative player be honest with you just to make things easier actually I just made him a shooting guard I was going to trade him I just made him a shooting guard instead and now lonzo’s faying over him n lamelo got hurt again he’ll probably back in yep there he is funly enough it doesn’t let you change the slider for injuries or like you change the duration or whatever all that type of stuff like this one right here Mo Vagner out 6 to 8 week it doesn’t let you change that mid or mid simulation at all oh Zion out four to 6 weeks this is not good you know what I should be happy about it it because yeah we’re catching a lot of injuries at least we’re still in the playoffs though Lonzo I should have known better this is an injury simulation okay it’s the day of the trade done line um by the way herb Jones ready to resign he’s been pretty good stick around anyways I don’t really care so yeah we’re eighth in the conference that’s kind of where you’d expect us to be anyways look at the stats obviously Zion’s leading in scoring 61% from the the field Cooper’s also averaging eight rebounds which helps a lot considering that our centers don’t seem to want to rebound at all oh Goa is though damn I’m not going to lie though we don’t have we we we have time with this team this team is relatively no they’re they’re just very young we have no players over the age of 30 on this team and everyone signed pretty long term except for Jaden Ivy who’s a restricted free agent and mo Vagner who who cares Zion broken right ankle one to two months uh bright side is oh Jade Ivy injured bright side about oh my God Mo Vagner broken ankle Jade iy back lamelo ball injured we were I was just going to say you know the the confidence I instilled in them is good and everything they’re coming back but this is not a good sign we have the training staff of Hell yic won MVP Cooper flag Rookie of the Year 158 and four game in this starting rle with two blocks in a steel hardenstein sixthman of the Year Victor DPI Sasser most improved and J Moran clutch player with Jason kid as the coach of the year we had no all NBA players whatsoever or defense although you know Cooper won it one rookie of the year so that’s cool I guess we are the seven seed in the playing most recent injury I saw was that Lonzo was hurt um yeah he’s literally just out for a couple of days but as of right now I mean our rotation is pretty flexible regardless and we’re going to lose the first playing game to the Clippers so we have to play a second playing game against the Sacramento Kings please don’t tell me we’re about to lose two playing games with the seventh seed oh my God Yep this was an alltime stinker lamelo ball and Zion have failed to make the playoffs and Tyrese versus Luca in the finals Luca gets another one we’re going to have to lock in Klay Thompson tired whatever happens oh I mean actually I didn’t have access to this pick in the first place but just pray that that pick from the Bucks doesn’t go up okay it didn’t Thunder get the damn first pick from Philadelphia oh we actually got our own pick back because I don’t really know why oh because the Bucks are 15th so we were just going to get one of those two anyways we also have the 18th pick from the Clippers and the 22nd pick from the Bulls those are just two I finessed along the way at some point okay so I traded hose in the 18th pick to the Bulls for the eighth pick I just decided to move up if I could not really much of a downside to it oh damn I I skipped over it on accident like that little popup that comes up during the draft but I saw the Spurs traded their seventh pick to the Hornets and they traded for deante Murray so deante is back on the damn Spurs also this is honestly easy pick I’ll pick Jaden quainton here with this uh eighth one he’s ranked mad highly it’s said he is all NBA ceiling I’ll take him and he’s a center and you know we’re not like fully set at that position him and EES Missy would be a good rotation and I’ll take 18-year-old Nate AMT with our next pick next one I’ll go Bryson Tilly not Bryson tiller but Bryson Tilly the dudes who usually make these draft classes always just randomly mess up the name so maybe this is just that dude although I won’t lie we’ve now drafted three young front Court players I’ll I’ll draft the point guard I know Kaden Booz is up here I know he’ll probably be good and so we get those three he obviously isn’t going to well none of them are going to play off the rip but yeah there’s a universe where we could possibly get Luca but that’s not this one we have 15 players already so I’m going to have to release somebody as it is so I’m just going to sign Jaden Ivy and keep it pushing also since I resigning Ivy made me think of it we’re going to resign Anthony black a year in advance and screw it as as well as Goa even though he’s not coming off his rookie contract this is just a normal whatever the hell Luca signed with the damn Trailblazers and dearen fox went to the Clippers Trey young went to the Mavericks Zion’s up to a 93 anyways lonzo’s up to a 91 Ivy’s up to an 86 let me go check on Brandon Ingram is he still oh damn he left them to be fair my sentiment was positive also they would have got Quinton gr back my sentiment was positive because in real life usually like just now just this past offseason when the Pacers signed back Pascal when you trade for a player usually it gives them like like oh hey I’m going to resign with this team cuz they like me a lot except for Kawai and he won a damn Championship that being said I don’t know where the hell what’s his name went oh he’s on the Nets that’s nasty yeah I’m not going to lie this team has the entire formula for winning Cooper only went up by two overalls though that’s kind of crazy either way he’s a really good player for the team so I can’t be mad at it and Trey Murphy is stuck at a 78 he really might be cooked he’ll have opportunities to play of course because you know one injury and he’ll be in the rotation but yeah in general though I really like this team this team is fantastic they just have to get the damn job done you know I will go ahead I’m going to run an 11 man rotation off the rip because you know it’s Murphy is our 11th man and might as well get him in there and even if one of them gets injured and we still running it I’m cool with any of these rookies playing so we just got fouled out I definitely have foul out on for this anyways an it’s all the way dunks over Ivy yeah 2K definitely buffed them dunks but that is something he do anyways lamelo running it again the love of Zion got involved again but I mean he also missed his last shot lamelo is cooking though he’ll get all the way layup and one over Daniel Gafford lamelo you going have to lock in to beat a team like Ivy missed the first free throw they have no time outs low Ivy makes the second free throw and Edwards again to the he’s going to go to the basket again I mean interesting decision we’ll call a timeout to advance the ball I actually kind of like that although there is a lot of times where you throw the dumbest passes ever on these so hopefully they don’t do that now lamelo ball should take the initiative and just run up right now and yeah there you go pass over Johnson will shoot the F fallway shot and he makes it it is a tied game and we call our final timeout these sick bastards want to have the damn basketball Gods on their side and Missy in lamelo could he get it off it’s not good anyways okay it is a one-point game with 40 seconds left we have the ball wear up by one oh Hawkins and Anthony blacker in lamelo is out of the game I don’t know if he fouled out or what but Cooper Flags going to take the initiative he goes to the rim and he gets the bucket a is going to pull the in the corner for some reason he drove to the rim and that’ll do it a with 32 and 45 minutes Zion with 31 and 36 minutes 11 rebounds as well damn wolves are going to win this one by six points Rob Dillingham with a career-high 38 points Randle got hurt and they are up 3-2 it’s been a blood bath of a series and we’re going to win this battle a 22-point win Ivy led the led the team in scoring almost a league randle’s still playing through whatever injury he’s got it’s a strained right hip like the same thing Zion has in real life and we are going to win in seven thankfully Randle actually led the team in scoring that’s kind of funny got to the line a lot put his life on the line yeah this game was a total domination we are going to be playing though the titans of the league the Oklahoma City Thunder and they just won game W 148 to 114 now I’m yeah oh hold on we’re giving them a fight oh you know what I never changed their numbers I’m going to do that it’ll give us our good luck right now probably not but screw it yeah we’re down 3 0 30 point loss okay this one was finally a win Goga baz just got injured but we did win another game though we could force game seven was it feel like I’d be the Thunder controlling in this situation he passed into Ivy I gave lamelo number four I don’t know I I couldn’t remember if he like wore any other number anyways he’s dribbling right Rockets have two top three picks now we got to watch out for these dudes and then we have no first round picks this year but we kind of don’t need them I’m my rotation relatively set it might be let me see actually I never really checked the stats funnily enough on the advanced stats cuz we were playing well so I didn’t you know overthink it okay so now Trey Murphy was a positive player last year so I’m not going to get rid of him he might not be in the rotation though but I’m not going to get rid of him though I will say if we really want to Super Duper level up and I know ease Missy was
