My lack of icing skills is finally an asset! I present my flying potato cinnamon sugar cookies.

I make cinnamon sugar cookies every year for football season, usually in the more easily iced shape of footballs.

This year, I finally got myself a buffalo cookie cutter only to decide that instead of perfect logo cookies, I needed to not only accept my artistic limits but lean into them.

Do they have faces only a mother could love? Yes. Did I make the icing a little more flood consistency than it needed to be? Also yes. But are they seriously delicious? You betcha!
