Dodgers in their City Connect uniforms on this Saturday night [Applause] and we’re all set for the very first pitch of the ball game. Here it is. Swing and a miss strike loan on Ramos. And he sprays a base fit to the base hit to the opposite field to lead off tonight’s ball game for the team to beat. Adamus with a base hit to left field. [Applause] That’s a walk to load the bases. Wide to left. Conf racing back to the warning track. And for the wall, it’s over his head and off the base of the wall. Ramos is in. Adamus is coming home. Chapman has a green light. Gobbled up by Schmidt. And that ends the first inning. An eventful first inning. Max. Ground ball left side. Muny goes to second for one. Here’s the turn for two. [Applause] Conferto gives one a ride left field carrying back and carrying out. [Applause] It’s the Dodgers second hit of the night, their second homer and it’s a one-run game. Now Warfet high in the air right field. Gilbert running toward the corner. She’s got plenty of room to make the catch. Now the 3-1. Not close. Ball four. Tying run with two outs in the fourth. [Applause] Ball four. Backto back two out walks. Ground ball base hit through the right side. Freddy Freeman ties the game with a two out, two strike single. First pitch, ground ball to Devils at first. He steps on the bag and that ends the inning. But the Dodgers get a pair to reset this game. Tied up at four. All three at home. Tommy Edwin pushes one toward the corner. It is off the pole and gone. Tommy with a go ahead tank and the Dodgers have seized the lead. [Music] What a reward for Tyler Glass now and these Dodgers. Strike three swinging slider down and in. Outstanding beginning of this shutdown inning with a sharply hit to Muny at third. He’s up thrown from his knees and they got him at second [Music] on a 2-2. Altani with a towering tank to left field. There goes number 53 right on Q [Music] [Applause] and not necessarily the home runs, just the balance. Bets down the line into the left field corner. He’s going to have extra bases. on the ground left side. Stopped to te off his glove and now Mooki is going to have the space to score. [Music] [Applause] Devils rips one to left field. This one’s got carry and elevation. It leaves the yard for a solo home run. A line drive laser over the right field wall. Home run number 32 for Raphael Deers and it’s back to a two-run game. Tyler Glass now in the last at bat against Evers. There’s a one-1 from Yates to Chapman in the air. Left field side and foul ground. Mooky next to the net. He made the play ball and he is healthy. And what a sense of timing to know where the ball needs to go after this miraculous catch. And then to keep your baseball sense and clock and go, I need to get this to second. Left-handed hitter Jung Hulie swings at the first pitch. Grounds it to Tom Edmond. He goes to Bets for one. Here’s the turn. Not in time. Here’s Robleski delivers a 2-1 fly to right. Tioscar Hernandez is there waiting. He makes the catch and that ends the inning. The ball in two strikes. Klene gets in. Carnosion with triple digits. Here’s the payoff. Got him swinging. Another K for Klene. [Applause] Backto back strikeouts for Brew Baker. Catch Philly and they’re going to end up in the wildard series. Now Brew Baker matches Klein striking off the side in the eighth. Bouncing ball to first. Freeman backs up, feels it with the back hand and gives it to Drier covering the bag. Full count. Dryer’s eighth pitch gets Adamus the strike out. Swinging sharply hit. Muny’s got it at the hot corner. His throw picked by Freddy Freeman. And that’s a win for LA.
