Worried we carry that 4th qtr energy into this. Maxey was tired against the Bulls, so not expecting a big game from him. Someone else has to step ip.
Nice little test game for whether or not the young guys can will us to a win against a scrappy team. Maxey will be weak but I think there’s a chance we get something of a revenge game from JMac and/or VJ.
idk it’s back to back we need to bounce back
Guys coming at VJ for not being aggressive 7 games into his career in a good team is are insanely stupid. Let the guy come into his own as he adjusts to being around good vets and teams defending him differently. This is all typical rookie shit. He’s going to continue to flash and become more consistent. Philly fans have 0 patience
That loss isn’t on one player.
What’s frustrating is that it was so clear the ball wasn’t moving and they didn’t seem to be able to recognize that they were stuck.
Joel has to be told that he doesn’t have the right to lose this team games anymore. There are too many good players that play too well together that the 1v1 on Vucevic 4 straight times down the floor cannot be the offense.
Onto the Cavs.
What I want to know is whether someone is telling the non-star players to defer in crunch time. Or if they’re just too afraid to make plays because they think Embiid and Maxey will get mad at them?
Can’t wait for our tired guys to get clapped by Cavs and Garland 😎. Prove me wrong sixers (*oh god please prove me wrong*)
