The Detroit Lions Get More Playoff Help From An UNEXPECTED Place!

It was a great week for the Detroit Lions. We kicked off Thursday night football with a victory over the Dallas Cowboys. We then proceed to have the Green Bay Packers beat the Chicago Bears sending them from 1 to7. Now we end week 14 Monday Night Football with a surprising victory by the LA Rams over the Philadelphia Eagles, which helps the Detroit Lions. It helps the Cowboys as well stay in this thing, but it helps the Detroit Lions. And there is a scenario that the Philadelphia Eagles miss the playoffs entirely. All right. Now, into week 15 we go. At the end of week 15, 16,1 17, but really week 15 it will become more clear. So, what we’re doing now is this is the beginning of a kind of a backdoor way that the Detroit Lions could make get themselves in the playoffs because as we look at these upcoming schedules, all right, this was the game that could go either way for the Philadelphia Eagles. The next four games, in all likelihood, they could legitimately go three and one. there’s a good chance that they go two and two and that will do wonders for the Detroit Lions because it will allow another team to get in the playoffs and also allow us to sneak in as well. So instead of the Chicago Bears and the the um Philadelphia Eagles, it could be the Dallas Cowboys and the Detroit Lions. And so instead the Bears and Eagles could fall completely out. All right. and the Cowboys and Lions could get in. Okay, so again, this is early. This is the beginning. The the victory by the Los Angeles Chargers made this more of a reality and depending on what happens next week. We’ll know a little bit more. Now, I can tell you right now, next week is a bit sketchy because this team is horrendous that the Philadelphia Eagles have to play. But stranger things have happened. But it’s really the next three weeks for the Philadelphia Eagles that they need to be concerned. Now, the Philadelphia Eagles have now lost three games in a row. As a matter of fact, the last game that the Philadelphia Eagles won might have been against us. It might have been against us. Let me show you. Let’s take a look real quick at the dog. These transitions are killing me. All right, so let’s take a look at the schedule of the Philadelphia Eagles. I believe their last win might have come against us. It might have come. They beat us and they lost three in a row. So that is they lost to Dallas. So Dallas has already beat them and they don’t play them again. Did Dallas sweep them or Okay. No. So they beat Dallas. They beat Dallas and then Dallas. Okay, so they beat Dallas in week one and then they lost to So they split with Dallas. So this is huge. This is huge. Okay, so let me show you what’s happening next. All right, just stay with me here. Let me hit the right transition this time. So the Dallas Cowboys, this even though they lost to us, this helps them out tremendously. But again, it helps us kind of a backdoor way to get into the playoffs. So now we have the path that we know we have to take. And then there might be kind of this side like alternate shortcut like in Mario Kart that we can take as well. All right. So let me show you what I did. Week 14. Let’s go to week 14. And week 14 is in the books. Already done. ESPN playoff machine. Wednesday morning. Week 14 a drop off. And then we’ll just be with week 15. Here’s where we are. Four games left. Check this out. Here’s what I legitimately see happening or could see happening. We’re going to focus on the Philadelphia Eagles. They play the Los Angeles or Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders are terrible. That’s the team I was talking about. This is probably going to be a win. They’re going to be at home. The Raiders are not the Bears. They do not I just don’t think there’s an upset there at all. Then we have the Green Bay Packers that will be facing the Denver Broncos. I picked the Denver Broncos. The Minnesota Vikings, I picked the Dallas Cowboys at home. And then the Chicago Bears, I picked them to win this game. Here’s where it gets good. So now the And I I had I have us losing, so spoiler alert, I’m not going to change. I have us losing. You know, every time I pick against us, we win. So you can thank me later. Okay. But that’s week 15. Here’s where it gets interesting. Let’s go to week 16. Week 16. This particular time, we’re just going to focus on a couple of teams. I have the Green Bay Packers beating the Bears again after what I saw last night. I’m going to pick the Green Bay Packers to sweep the Bears. Then if we go and we look at the we’re looking at the Philadelphia Eagles, here’s where it gets good. The Washington Commanders are eliminated from playoff contention, but they are in the division of the Dallas Cowboys, the New York Giants, and the Philadelphia Eagles. And I don’t know if Mariota or Daniels is going to play, but I expect a very hard-fought game from the Washington Commanders trying to literally play spoiler. So, I gave them the win. Even whichever whoever plays, I gave them the win. I think that at the crib, the last home game from the Detroit Lions, they are going to win this game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. All right, then we’re going to go to So, this game here, this game will take care of itself. All right. Now, over the past since since week 14, the Lions have gone one and one, the Bears have gone one and one, and the Philadelphia Eagles have gone one and one. All right, follow me down the stretch gets really, really good. Week 17, let’s go here. I love this time of year. Going to give us the victory over the Minnesota Vikings. Then we’re going to go to the Green Bay Packers. I do think they beat the Ravens. Then we’re gonna look at the Chicago Bears. I give that to the San Francisco 49ers. What about those Philadelphia Eagles? If we look and we find them right here, they play Buffalo in Buffalo. And we saw that Buffalo was able to come back, make a comeback against the Cincinnati Bengals at the crib. Playing at Buffalo is ridiculous. They have a superpower when playing at home. I have the Eagles losing that game. So, if you follow me, the Eagles are now one and two over the last three weeks of the season with one game remaining. The Detroit Lions are two- one. The Chicago Bears are two or one and two. So, we’re the only one out of those three teams with a winning record. This is what I see. Now, let’s go to week 18. I’ve got the Philadelphia winning their last home game against the Washington Commanders, but I could legitimately see that going either way. I’ve got the Green Bay Packers beating the Minnesota Vikings. And then let’s look at our Detroit Lions, which has every possibility to be flexed into game 272. I have us winning that game. So, I have the Bears. The Bears going one and three, beating the Browns, losing to the 49ers, losing to the San Los losing to the 49ers. Okay, beating the Browns, losing to the Packers, losing to the 49ers, and losing to us. So, we go one and three. I have the Philadelphia Eagles going two and two. They are going to beat they’re going to beat the Las Vegas Raiders. They’re going to lose one of the games against the Washington Commanders because they did split with Dallas and I think that the Washington Commanders are better than the New York Giants at this moment. I have them losing to the Buffalo Bills on the road and then at this this time it won’t matter because this is part of the split. So they gone two and two. Bears go one and three. Eagles go two and two. Lions go three and one. If that happens, and you also have to sprinkle in the Dallas Cowboys, but we’re not really worried about them. The Detroit Lions will be the seventh seed. And notice who’s missing. The Bears and the Philadelphia Eagles. Wouldn’t that be something if both of the Super Bowl opponents from 20 a year ago, neither one of them make the playoffs? The Kansas City Chiefs are already not going to win their division for the first time in nine years or 10. They won nine straight. So, in the in the first time in in the last decade, the Kansas City Chiefs will not win their division. And the Philadelphia Eagles with the loss today. And if they were to go two and two, this would help the Detroit Lions not only make the playoffs, but the Eagles themselves would be out. So now all of a sudden the Eagles, we have to go three and one. Now the Eagles need to go three and one. If now if we change this, let’s say we change the Washington Commanders and we make the Eagles win this game. Now the Eagles can make it. And who did they put out? They put the Tampa Bay Buccaneers out. But Dallas, did Dallas still make it? Nope. The Dallas So Dallas they put out. So this helps. It helps the Dallas Cowboys. It helps the Detroit Lions. So even if the Philadelphia Eagles go, they beat the the Raiders, they beat the Washington Commanders, they lose to the Bills, and they win, they go three and one, we’re still in the playoffs at 11 and six because what they’ll do is they’ll wind up pushing another team out. So, this loss was huge for the Philadelphia Eagles because now we have the same record. And as you can see, as you can see, let me make sure that every every game is accounted for. Let me make sure that I clicked everything. 14 plus three Rams. That’s 17 games. 17 for us, 17 for the Green Bay Packers, 17 for the Philadelphia Eagles, 17 for the Seattle Seahawks, 17 for the San Francisco 49ers, and 17 for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Now, I’m not sure if this scenario could have happened without like if we would have had the Eagles win tonight’s game against the Chargers. I can’t go back and click it. It’s already clicked. And once the game happens, I don’t think you can go back on any website. But this is a big deal because this this opens up like another way kind of a back doorway that the Detroit Lions could slide into the playoffs. So again, we can go we’re probably going to have to go three and one. I didn’t see a scenario where we could be two and two because I didn’t go that far. I didn’t go that far. I’m not sure if if we can go two and two. I don’t think 10 wins is going to be enough to get anybody in the playoffs. I think the minimum you have to have is going to be 11 wins. So, the Lions are sitting at eight. They have to win. But again, it it could have been a scenario because here’s here’s what happens. Let’s say that the Eagles, and this is why this game was important. Let’s say that the Eagles would have won this game. They would have gone to nine and four. And let’s say they go three and one down the stretch. So now they’re 12 and five, right? The best the Lions could be if they won the last four games is 12 and five, right? Because the Lions are now eight and five. So the best the Lions could be had the Philadelphia won this game, Eagles won this game and went three and four down the stretch, the best they could be 12-5. If the Lions go three and one down the stretch, the best if they No, the Lions would have to go they would have to win every game. So if the Lions won every game, the Philadelphia Eagles go three and one that we would have the same record. They would get the tiebreaker. They would be above us. Even if they somehow I don’t I don’t think they could lose the division because I don’t know where Dallas is at. So I’m sure I made it more complicated than it needs to be, but that that’s just how my brain works. But it figures it out. It figures it out. The question that I have is could this have happened if the for it it makes things easier for the Detroit Lions. It really does because now there’s a scenario that we get in and they don’t which is crazy and I don’t know if that scenario would have been the same if they would have won tonight. They would have had to completely fall off a cliff and in all likelihood I mean they’re probably going to go in my opinion they’re probably going to go three and one. They’re probably going to go three and one. Let’s say let’s look and see if they did go three and one. Let’s give them the week 14 is over and let’s give them let’s say they in week 16 we got them beating this team. We got a let’s say they somehow upset the Buffalo Bills. I don’t the way that they’ve been playing the weather. I know it’s cold in Philly but it’s a whole different beast in Buffalo. So let’s give them this win. See that? So now they’ve gone three and one down the stretch and they still we’re still in. We’re still in as opposed. So if that would have happened, which is a high probability that they go three and one, if they would have gone three and one with this win tonight, they would have knocked us out. Like they would have something else would have happened. It I can’t go back and see. But that loss to the Philadelphia Eagles or by the Philadelphia Eagles is huge for the Detroit Lions. It is because again, I’ve said this numerous times, it’s like it opens up another way for us to get, but it will become more clear as the the games start to fall off the calendar. I’m going to tell you when we if the Raiders upset somehow, which I doubt because they’re miserable, but every team has one in them. They have they got one in them, bro. We see it every year where this miserable, pathetic team, they beat another team, a team they should have no business be beating. And now that the Eagle, like the Eagles are spiraling out of control, three in a row, that’s enough to put them from in control of not only the first seed, the NFC East, but out of the playoffs. Like, this is crazy. This is crazy. So, Lions got I mean, we got a gift today. The Cowboys got one, too. But we got a gift. We got a gift, man. Things are going to get interesting down the stretch. Who would have thought that we could have a scenario that the Philadelphia Eagles and the Chicago Bears, who had the best two records in like the last month of football, you know what I’m saying? Like two of the best three records, that by the time everything is said and done, they’re not even in the playoffs. That is crazy. And again, I’m sure I made this more complicated than it needs to be, but I hope everybody understand it. And if you want to use this machine, you simply go to ESPN, you go to NFL, you scroll over to the more tab, and then you you pull it down and the first thing or in there you should see playoff machine and you could come up with your own scenario. But when I saw then I saw the pick, I was like, yo, if they lose, this is a big deal. So anyway, let me know what you think down in the comments below. Things just got a little bit of brighter for the Detroit Lions. And if we could somehow beat the Rams at their house, whose house? No. Did I just say that? No, I couldn’t help it. It was right there. If we somehow pull this off, it’s going to get crazy. It’s going to get crazy. That’s This is crazy, man. I I I know that it’s tough to believe in the Detroit Lions all the time. But I as long as there’s like life in us, I’m going to keep believing that they can make the playoffs at least. My goal still is the same. Super Bowl. That’s it. Playoffs. You got to get to the Super Bowl. you got to get to the playoffs. But that is my goal. So that’s my first priority. And then after that, we go into the like we that’s where we need to get.
