Great ball handling
Caleb Williams at his press conference today ahead of Browns game:

Love a good ball handling
That was probably my favorite play so far in this Ben Johnson Era. Yeah the flea flicker and Philly special were cool but I’ve seen those before a lot and this screamed so much creativity.
There’s a lot of little operational stuff that Williams does really well that doesn’t show up on whatever stats people paid PFF to give them so they don’t notice.
So that wasn’t a 9 yd gain if I recall. Maybe 4 or 5.
Would have been a great play for 4th and 1 with 20 seconds left
Caleb does most things well. The accuracy on throws, I believe, will improve as BJ works with him, he gets more comfortable with the system, and our receivers get better at both catching and being in the right places at the right times.
Ball handling with cold hands can be a shock.
You know the whole game all I could think of is how badly he needed to work on disguising handoffs. Like there was no faking there. They were 2 feet away from each other, who is that fooling.
Agree. If we could tackle though we woulda won that game.
