Back to back 10+ assists off the bench for Shead 🐐!

Shead heads are eating good
A lot are talking about Mamu off the bench, and rightfully so, but Shead is probably the bench MVP for the team so far.
Hell of a player for the 45th pick!
2nd in assists/36 in the entire league. Only behind Jokic
And that’s as the backup…sheesh!
People saying “ya, but he’s not ready to start” are being silly…
Listen, I love Quick but he’s not a PG, and should be playing the 2. The offense clearly runs better when Shead is in there running things. Sure, there might be some growing pains, but he’s the only true PG on the roster and the best playmaker outside of Scottie.
I wanna see him get starting minutes.
He is not a starter yet, not until he can be more of a threat to score.
But I wonder if he could get some 18-20 assist games….
Going from Kyle Lowry to Shead just feels right. I think he’s not getting a ton of minutes bc they want to make a trade for a center, and need to showcase guys they want to trade.
I remember people laughing when I was hyped and said Shead was a Dawg when we drafted him and he’s Bay St. Bulldog 2.0
I just figured nobody watched him at Houston in college

Get this man on three pointers training regimen this offseason. Off the dribble, catch and shoot, off balance, step back, one legged, spinaroo, eyes closed. Whatever it takes where it feels like three pointers are layups. Then we can ship IQ and make Shead the starting PG.
