It’s really simple. Look around the league at the teams winning with mediocre rosters. Hire a really smart young innovative head coach. They will figure it out.

I’m not grumpy because the Jets have been bad for a long time. There’s nothing to root for until free agency, and after that, the drat. I’m certainly rooting for Mougey and Glenn. After the Quinnen/Sauce trades, it was clear the talent wasn’t good enough to build a foundation. They have so many holes we can’t truly evaluate the coaches, and there may not be enough of a roster upgrade for team to be a lot better next year. So we’re waiting for 2027. And that’s if all the changes work. They are exasperation.
Can't win without a QB, you have to hit on the QB or you can't win in this league. Let's trade for Stafford if you want to win now.
