So im 5 minutes in and cant decide what your issue is. is it JJ inability to run O'Connell's offense or that he was injured all of 2024 and for most of this year?if its his ability to run the offense then lets look at his last three starts -all wins. his passer rating were 129.2 vs Washington, 108.0 vs Dallas and 58.0 vs NYG. the Viking running game was just as inconsistent. 162 vs Wash, 77 vs Dallas and 114 vs NYG. McCarthy had rushing TDs vs Dallas and NYG . So 2025 was his rookie year and he is performing like a rookie. would his stat have been better if he had played in all games? probably. But im not sure i want to follow you down the twisted path of whatever deal you think the Vikings should make as you havent shown JJ is a bust. and remember a month ago is was O'Connell who was about to be fired and no one is saying that now.

23. McCarthy sorry to say is fragile. Or seems this way right now. I dont think Burrow is. Hes been hit the most in the NFL the last 3 or so years. He is the highest talent available and top 3 in the NFL. His relationship with JJ is big time. Hes the guy.
