  1. Low risk, high reward move. The O's still need a top-end starter, but Eflin provides depth. I wonder if he and Baz knowing each other from the Rays played a small part in the signing.

  2. Great depth move. I’m glad he’s back. We know all too well that you are going to need more than 5 starting pitchers to get through a season. Now with Wells, Povich, and Albert Suarez, we have at least 3 guys who could spot start. And I think we are still going after Ranger Suarez.

  3. They will sign one of these guys that are left out there and Efflin was meant for the bullpen. I am willing to bet that our opening day rotation will be 1. Rodgers 2. Suarez/Valdez 3. Bradish 4. Baz 5. Kramer with Efflin and Wells going to the bullpen.
