Love Eflin as a 4/5 pitcher. Significantly less thrilled if he's our last starting pitching addition.
Very good sign if healthy is good plenty ground balls
I certainly hope we are not done!
Low risk, high reward move. The O's still need a top-end starter, but Eflin provides depth. I wonder if he and Baz knowing each other from the Rays played a small part in the signing.
This signing did not move the needle imo. As of right now, we're still ranked dead last in our division. Hopefully, they're not done and this was just the appetizer…
Good move. I hope they also sign Walker Beuhler.
You know who's made multiple 30 game starts? Framber Valdez.
Framber please
Assuming this was a move about depth, which I firmly believe it is, this is a great move.
Great depth move. I’m glad he’s back. We know all too well that you are going to need more than 5 starting pitchers to get through a season. Now with Wells, Povich, and Albert Suarez, we have at least 3 guys who could spot start. And I think we are still going after Ranger Suarez.
They will sign one of these guys that are left out there and Efflin was meant for the bullpen. I am willing to bet that our opening day rotation will be 1. Rodgers 2. Suarez/Valdez 3. Bradish 4. Baz 5. Kramer with Efflin and Wells going to the bullpen.
