  2. Chuck. My tuning in has nothing to do with the Brewers' success. I've been a fan of yours since 1250. As a matter of fact, I think you're better when they're bad. Happy New Year!

  5. Is it really as simple as the Brewers owner just being cheap? Or could it be that the Brewers revenue streams look a little different than those in NY/LA/CHI? Don’t you ever have to ask yourself why the owners in those markets are always able to spend significantly more? Is it that those owners are just careless and care free with their money, or is it some other factor? You could certainly make the argument that the Brewers could bump their payroll up around $180M. That wouldn’t be a huge stretch.

  10. I don't expect the Brewers to splurge I just expect them to spend on guys we need to fill out the roster to actually contend. Yelich is a bust never shows up in the postseason and our offense in general sucks when it matters. Not spending to get that one or two player(s) is was infuriates me and most if not all Brewers fans.
