I underestimate Nesmith impact on the Game as well as Sheppard. Nembhardt definitely looked better in the 2nd half when he had his trusted teammates.
But Goodness God Carlisle when you've lost 9 in A row and your up by 7 in the first half why the Hell would You sub Tj out robotically?
Then in the 2nd half Nembhardt is FINALLY playing more like He looked last year and the team is up by 7 and You once again sub Him out robotically for Tj.
Cmon Man. These are desperate times. You have to improvise more. Those two substitutions cost them the Game.
Tj had it going in the first half and Nembhardt FINALLY got it going in the 2nd half and both times Carlisle subs them out robotically.
Goodness God when your up 7 with either point Guard LEAVE THEM IN!! Why the Hell would You sub them out when both playing well and winning on a 9 game losing streak?
Carlisle must have been talking about Mathurin. He had to have been.
Mathurin is visibly moping. I love Him man but either his agent has told He is being traded by the deadline or hes injured because his heart isnt in the Game at all.
Mathurin has checked out on this team. Just like Goga sticking it to Carlisle every time he plays us Mathurin is going to absolutely murder us if He gets traded.
Wouldnt in the slightest be surprised if Mathurin is moved to Sacramento for Keon Ellis and Devin Carter. Carlisle loves both those types of players.
I hate to say it Pacers fans but Mathurin's time here is very limited. Completely sucks but if hes just going to half ass it and non chalant it until hes traded then play someone else all the way invested.
