People might not like this take. It was a complete waste of time. Instead of seeing what you have in a backup, now you are left to one game. I understand the Colts were still in the playoff hunt, but shit like this just sets things back.

Considering being away from the game for so long and not in game shape, I think he surprised a lot of people with his level. At least he didn’t embarrass himself. Shoulda had that dub in Seattle though. The buzz around that would’ve been insane and maybe even had an impact on the SF game.

First we didn’t get the feel good Alex Smith during Covid ending, now we didn’t get this one. Heck the nfl clearly has scriptwriters so why wasn’t this one or the other green lighted, it’s like they hate their audience.
