That seems like an awfully good deal, I hope this is because Imai didn’t want to go here. If I find out he was open to the Angels and they couldn’t match the offer, I’ll be pissed. Now we have to watch him run through our lineup how many times a year.

Going into the offseason I figured Okamoto was more likely than Imai to come here, but with him supposedly not getting any offers until this week I started to hope a little that they’d jump in. Should have known better than to do that with this front office.
