  7. The Raiders, as soon as the season ends for them, better fire Pete and his sons. Bring in an actual o-line coach. Immediately find ways to trade up, if necessary, for the best o-line players possible to replace the trash we have now.

  36. As a person, amazing! As a player, I’m not sold. I think he’s too mechanical and needs a very structured system to succeed in. Can we give it to him? Sure. But when shit hits the fan I need the guy who can adapt and survive.

  37. He’s a solid QB but it’s gonna take a whole lot more than that, the Raiders need a lot more positions filled with solid players, good coaching, and stable organization in order to climb back to respectability.

    you can only do that after you establish the line. and even then it’s not optimal since pocket passers aren’t the ideal NFL QB anymore
