Trent Williams injury update:
– The future Hall of Fame left tackle is being listed by the team as questionable going into Saturday night with his hamstring injury that he suffered on the pick six to start the game against the Bears
– Why this is a positive? He’s not yet being ruled out
– Kyle Shanahan said today he’s made good progress this week
– If the 49ers are without Trent, Austen Pleasants will start at LT
– Pleasants played well against the Bears, and the Niners had a ton of success through the air and on the ground en route to 42 points, but the Seahawks defense is much better
– George Kittle injury update: Also being listed as questionable for the game. Different situation than Trent Williams. Kittle has been on the practice field this week and the belief is that Kittle is going to play vs. Seahawks
– Jake Tonges played great in the place of Kittle – He’s just not Kittle. Nobody is. Especially as a blocker
George Kittle over his last six games before he got hurt:
– 40 catches
– 499 yards
– 5 TD

  7. I like Chase, but I'm struggling to find the "Good News" that is mentioned in the headline? I mean he talked about Kittle probably playing and Williams questionable, but we already knew that. And then I heard bad news about it maybe raining. So if I missed what the Good News was, please let me know. I'm driving and my connection goes out and my phone speaker isn't the best.

  8. "Recent dominance" or not we still have three or four more wins against them to even up the all-time series. It bugs me that they're one of the few teams in the NFL that have beat us more head-to-head than we've beaten them in our history since 1976 when they came into the league as the Seattle band heart once sang "we need to even it up"
