Would u guys be okay with him as the new hc if he gets canned or just as an oc candidate? Lack of leadership and not exactly an culture setter is probably the biggest concerns with him right?

  1. He’s too smug for my liking. The attitude is all fun and games when you’re winning, but a really bad look when the team is bad. And it doesn’t seem like it’s contributed to a very good culture in MIA.

    OC candidate.

  2. Uh, I think. I think it’s just… you know. I mean, it… it really comes down to talent. I don’t think our guys… uh, you know, would benefit from a man, coach, like this.

  3. I don’t think he’d fit well. We’re in a rebuild and he does seem like a rebuild coach.

  4. He’s not getting fired. Dude is sharp and has learned on the job how to lead men and get them to play hard (in his own non-traditional way) on top of being a brilliant offensive mind.

We’d be lucky to have him. But Miami isn’t letting him go.

  5. #1. Not getting fired most likely

#2. Idk. Innovative offensive guy but nothing to really show for it. Runs a really fast offense that is fun as fuck, but imo the NFL is shifting again to more balanced attacks with defenses figuring out the high tempo, less complex offenses. The really fast offenses also tend to slow down as the season goes on – not always the answer. If he somehow became out OC id take it 10/10 though because at worst Itd be fun.

  6. My friend was livid when they announced his job was safe. So no that’s a no from me. Not a fan of how things are run there in Miami anyways.

I have him in the same tier as Matt Nagy, and Arthur Smith just a dumpster fire.

  7. Doesn’t have the Titans grit we need. Cally didn’t have it either. I always think about how Titans players graded the ‘24 season as better than ‘23 in regard to accommodations, diet etc… but they graded the locker room lower than Vrabes’ year.

He completely lost them after the Netflix pilot and the Raiders L. McDaniel gives me guest speaker vibes. No thank you.
