We all know Hiller needs to go. I’m not even going to waste time listing the reasons why, the "Hiller experiment" is a failure and wasting this roster.
But instead of bringing in some other retread from the coaching carousel, we need to hire the guy who has been breaking down this game for us for decades…

Honestly, Foxy has forgotten more about hockey than Hiller will ever know.
I’ve been watching him since middle school, I learned the game listening to him during those painful rebuild years. He didn't just call the play, he taught an entire generation of us how the game works. He has a passion for this team that a guy like Hiller will just never understand. He’s analyzed every shift, every system, and every mistake this team has made for 30 years.
Plus, the org is doing him wrong this year! Limiting his broadcast schedule, bringing in new guys… it feels like they are slowly pushing a legend out the door. He’s dedicated his whole life to this franchise, on the ice and in the booth.
Don't phase him out, give him the keys. He knows the room, he knows the systems, and he definitely knows the game better than the current staff.

Your idea to fix this miserable iteration of the Kings is to hire from within?
Not to be *that* guy, but that kind of thinking is what put Luc and Rob in charge a few years ago. Nothing but love and admiration for Jim, but unless he’s been secretly moonlighting as a coach the past 20 years in some underground league, I don’t see it happening.
It might not get us winning again, but it would get me watching again!
Fox’s coaching experience is basically limited to assistant coaching the LA Blades in RHI over 30 years ago. This idea makes no fucking sense.

I think y’all need to understand that this goes way beyond coaching. You put another coach behind the bench and they’re tied down by Luc and Co’s boring system and then you’re back to square one. I see a lot of you saying, “Fire Hiller”. No, its Fire Luc and his buddies. And what’s sad about this is, it goes even beyond Luc.
Nah. This ain’t it. Foxy is very biased in his commentary, which doesn’t translate well to what’s needed to coach a hockey team.
My opinion of where the team needs to go is a full rebuild and blowing up the team. That kinda makes the coach redundant. Has to be someone in for the long haul though, so maybe Andrew Lord would be a good fit.
