If the roster is flawed regardless, then at least play the young guys because they can theoretically improve. It’s the whole Max Christie/Darvin Ham situation all over again. I know Adou got hurt, but he needs minutes to develop when he’s healthy and he actually provides a skillset that nobody else on the roster has. His growing pains can’t be any worse than Kleber’s regular production playing next to Jaxson Hayes lmao.

You need to lower Luka’s minutes and usage%. This roster has a bunch of flaws, but playmaking is not one of them. Use Bron, Smart, Smith Jr. and Reaves when he is back.
Play inside out not outside in. Throw it to Ayton or Bron in the post to start the possession

Don’t be so angry and arrogant at press conferences. I get the feeling that you have good relationships with the players, but the hard guy shtick doesn’t work when you’re struggling to stay out of the play-in bracket.
