  1. Raiders are a troubled organization .Pete should have already been sent down the road .His next move will land Lamar Jackson in Vegas .With the #1 pick They will pick the best player on paper .Then they wont develope that player or game plan them .

  2. I was so impressed with Mendoza! I’m upset that some people think we should give up 2 or 3 first round picks for Lamar Jackson…imo that would be a huge mistake!!

  3. Was it a bad draft or did pete not use the draft picks correctly? is gonna be a stud. Rogers and Clark both should've been playing imo. Porter too should've been playing and has shown upside. The thornton jr and the miller/other wr/qb were back picks.

  4. Every year people expect rookies to come in and change the game and they rarely do. You don't know what you got till year 3 sometimes

  5. Don't know how you are evaluating the 2025 draft class. The HC and his son would not play anyone until it seems Spytek stepped in. Can't evaluate WRs the way Geno Smith played, but Bech is a first down guy with good hands and a more sophisticated route runner than any rookie I can recall. Rogers could have been playing since JPJ went down, and Grant showed he would be an upgrade from Forsythe (missing blocks due to being a rookie is better than being incapable). Hemingway and Pegues are showing. No reason to not have Porter seeing at least half of Kelly's snaps.

St. Tom is responsible for Cam Miller. Pete Carroll took one look at Mellot and decided his arms were too short. And how could Cody Lindenberg be worse than Devin White?

And Q, who played the toughest D and had the best numbers on New Year's day? That would be Trinidad Chambliss.

  6. The player's that are playing well on other teams is b'cuz of the raiders turn over new coaches run different systems & the coaches we have aren't that good with development i remember Diablo saying Maxx was just out there doing his own thing & not playing within the system "he said look at Maxx just out there doing what he wants now we have no one on the edge"

  7. Regardless, as a fan if you think Mendoza is going to be a good QB in the NFL or if you think Moore is a better option. I'm tired of hearing fans talk about how both are not good enough.

Stop that nonsense already, every year for the past few years it's been the same thing, Caleb will be a bust, Daniels is not that good, Maye sucks, Stroud won't make it, Bo is not an NFL QB, and so on. How's that working out? Fact of the matter is that The Raiders need a QB of the future and this is the opportunity to take their shot. They will do their homework and decide if Mendoza is the guy or if it's Moore, but they absolutely need to take their shot, it's time, no more QB retreads. And I know, the line, the line, the line, I get it, the line needs help, but the Raiders are going to need to try to do their best to address the line in FA, and look for depth in the trenches in the draft. Bottom line, the QB position is the single most important position on a football team, and it's time to fix that… Go Raiders!!!

  8. Mendoza looked great! However- with his athleticism, TD/INT ratio and clutch play- surprised no one is talking about Chambliss as a late day 1-day 2 pick!

  9. "I like continuity in teams," Jerry West told Vice in 2015. "I think one of the biggest mistakes that people make in this league is that they keep hiring and firing coaches. Honestly, the people who do that continually are the ones who should be fired, not the coaches. They hired those coaches in the first place. See Mark Davis for reference.
