  1. I like the roster moves and philosophy, but I think we need some sort of pivot when we need wins, maybe that means we grind it out more, slow it down more, etc. But yea, Utah/LA/PTL haven't given up yet, etc. We need at least the 6th seed imo, we want to avoid OKC. I am not sure if we are going to catch Minnesota/Pho unless we are healthy. But yea, this is a whole bunch of hope and rainbows atm, and not enough wins. I do like that the team seems 18 deep, hopefully Small gets some meaningful/impactful minutes soon.

  2. Time for Ja to shape up or ship out. He undermined Isalo early this season. I agree we need to wait until we see this team together healthy but not sure how you can just skip over Jas lack of leadership as the "franchise" player.

Idk, great talent but he needs to grow up. I think Edey, Coward, and Spencer are the future. Edey will help JJJ do the dirty work but if JJJ isnt all in he needs to be reevaluated as well. Hopefully Isalo can pull it all together but Jas biggest problem is Ja. (and his 16 year old daddy)

  3. When you start to build a culture of accountability, the people who hate to be held accountable start getting mad and must be weeded out of the organization (or change their attitude) and then Grizzlies will flourish under Iisalo.

  4. I can't stand the coach he seems arrogant and seeing Joel embid play more minutes than ja tells me this guy is stuck on stupid. Not to mention ja had it going.

  5. Damichael, as a Bears fan, I am offended by your shirt. You could have at least blurred the name on the shirt out. 😂 I still respect you and value your opinion.

I agree with you about the Sports Illustrated article. I don’t want to see the coach lose his job, but I don’t think TI should have been hired as head coach in the first place. He’s not an NBA caliber coach and his rotations are all over the place. He isn’t utilizing the players he has in the best way and it’s putting a strain on the team as a whole. He doesn’t seem to prioritize the feel and rhythm of the game over some analytics. I just hate to see an entire season lost on a coach that’s in training. The questions you ask the coach has revealed that he’s not willing to take ownership of his reckless decisions and he doesn’t understand the basic fundamentals of coaching an NBA team. He always give you a word salad.

Kleinman has drafted good, but he has screwed up the chemistry of the team with trades. When he brought in Danny Green, I felt as if he had lost the vision for building a championship roster and hiring an unproven coach is a fireable offense in my opinion. The good doesn’t always outweigh the bad.

  6. When all the guys get healthy and we still losing, I'm curious to know what you will say then. Oh they just got back from injury they need time. Give the coach time. We see the games with our own eyes. The fact you don't put CamSpencer in to shoot a three in the last moments is all the proof I need. Ced did good but I didn't trust him to shoot that three. The fact is we are tired of excuses. We got Ja back for a long time that was the scapegoat now we need all these other pieces to make it work and moving the goal post. Look, the players we had out there on the game could've won if better decisions were made it has nothing to do with injuries. You doing the players we have now a disservice by basically saying the injured players will make a difference when we haven't seen what they could do except Zach.

  7. They started a guy against Embid with a 10 day contract. They had 4 pgs injured. Even the 2 way guy was injured. You play them longer they get injured. My only issue with him is wasting reviews.

  8. Things we know. Grizzlies have had terrible injuries 3 years straight, also we don’t have they players right now to beat the top two teams in a series, and we know Ja has top tier abilities , and we know kleinman is very good at spotting talent in a draft. Also lisalo has a style that works and is making Edey a great addition. To put it simply how can we really fix a player or a coach or a gm if we can’t put the whole team on the floor seemingly ever. Rotation or not we’re not beating Denver or okc or San Antonio this year. So teach and find out and keep down injuries

  9. I'm not expecting a win in LA. I don't know what it is about California, but the players never show up. I was honestly surprised they beat the Clippers. We should beat the Lakers both games, but I can't see shots falling there. Also, Smart and LaRavia are gonna probably have season highs. Hopefully I come back here for the next video eating crow 😔

  10. The problem with this franchise has always been injuries! I have been a fan since the Vancouver days! After the grit and grind era, this teams has always had injury issues. If we were healthy this team back in the days, was tough to beat. Just ask Clay Thompson! If Ja didn't have his gun issues, and injuries, we would be a top 5 team. The problem will always be injuries. I think injury prone players is a real thing! Some guys just know how to play without getting injuried, its a skill that doesn't get recognized. Then you have players who play too aggressive, in bad situations. Drafting players with a good history of health is important. I've played basketball my whole life, and I knew how to avoid injuries. Like learning how to fall, land, avoid reaching, stiffening your arms and legs. If you learn martial arts, yoga, you will understand.

  11. They don't have the same issues at all. All of the issues are injury related. Taylor Jenkins had issues when the team was healthy. Taylor Jenkins was a terrible coach.
