I loved it when Kevin Harland would call the games when Rider was playing. I think a Rider dunk was the first time he busted out his “without regard for human life” phraseology.

Curious on how scorekeeping works on something like this. If this didn’t go in at what point would it be considered a missed shot. Would hitting the rim/backboard be enough. Or was it only a shot attempt because it went in?
Classic double center lineup plus Tom Gugliotta! Can’t believe we only won 21 games that year with the Laettner/Rooks/Rider/Googs combo haha what a crazy team
