  3. What’s funny about wemby is that I think the Spurs play better without him, but the Hawks’ roster is a better fit for him. Unfortunately, that will never happen, but the Spurs will have a dysfunctional roster with him.

  6. All this nonsense just makes the Luka trade look so much worse tbh. Casual fans can’t even agree on a trade to send him out and the Lakers got an all time player for him.

  14. Nah they’ll take Zacch as the centerpiece of the deal and Trae as the salary and should feel pretty damn happy about getting away from the worst trade in NBA history with back to back 1st overall picks to show for it + another high pick incoming.

    If they don’t want Trae then they can get whatever a 3rd team throws in to acquire Trae. Somehow we need a rotation level SF in return.

  16. It’s almost like the hawks only were interested in a broken down, aging & expensive ( yes still really good) player for a discount & if not they’re totally fine looking elsewhere.

  17. If AD’s contract wasn’t so terrible you’d have to consider it. Paying him 62 million in the 2027/2028 season is just insane though. 

    They want us to give up a good asset and KP who is pretty similar availability already. Yeah gtfo. Nobody is gonna give up anything for that contract
