Waiting to call up the kids an additional 2 weeks cost us the season just so stearns could hold another year of control on rookies. Let the coaches live. They didn’t quit on us. 3. I'd love to see Suarez in a Mets uniform. Solid pitcher and will give you 6 innings each start and he knows how to pitch regardless of the velocity or lack there of. That said I'd honestly rather let McLain sproat and tong start but that won't happen unless they trade Senga (hope they do). Peterson should be in the pen he's been really good there when he's done it. I love manaia but that was a bad signing and would honestly like to see him gone

4. When are you going to accept the fact that the Mets are not going to make any significant moves? Tucker and/or Bellinger is a pipe dream. Stearns is cutting payroll and trying to get the Mets to minimize their luxury tax payments. As for signing a quality top of the rotation pitcher, forget it. We are looking at a few years of a "Youth Movement" like it or not.
