A Bay Port alum. We traded him away for a 7th round pick in 2022.

Who did the Packers pick with the trade anyways?
Good for him! We would have cut him if we hadn’t traded.
He had quietly emerged as a solid tackle. I had to do a double take when I saw him starting for the Jaguars earlier this season
Hell yeah! Happy for him. Wish we would have committed to the man, and he showed us. Hope to see him in the Super Bowl!
Went to the same high school as me. He is becoming what most of us hoped Dan Buenning would become.

What the hell is wrong with the talent evaluation and coaching that you have a player in your system who gets a formidable extension after being traded for a 7th round pick
The Packers had him on the Practice Squad for 2021, then traded him to Jacksonville in 2022 for a 7th Round Pick. He didn’t really emerge until 2024 when he picked up 46% of snaps, and has taken 56% of the snaps so far this year.
PFF, for what they’re worth, grades him as the 15th best Tackle in the league.
TLDR: Late round pick who we traded for peanuts who the Jaguars developed into a reliable starter.
