this dude just makes up numbers. there's no Chicago -2.5 anywhere. I haven't seen one all week. And the Rams are -7.5?? They're -8.5 or higher everywhere. Not hard to go 58% when you make up numbers or grab early week numbers on Friday. He's done this all year.
