  7. It's absurd to me that Kevin Stefanski would get fired while Andrew Berry gets to keep his job. Andrew Berry's horrendous roster building set Kevin Stefanski up for failure. Ultimately neither one of them should stay! They both deserve to be fired!

  8. Let's just say that Kevin Stefanski gets fired and Andrew Berry remains as the GM. How long does Andrew Berry get to keep his job? As far as I am concerned, if at this time next year the Browns don't have a quality starting QB on the roster, then Andrew Berry would need to be fired. How long and how many chances does Andrew Berry get to fix the problem that he created? Reportedly he was the one driving the bus on the Deshaun Watson trade. He was the one who didn't want to pay Baker Mayfield $40+ million dollars per year. How long are we going to have to wait for Andrew Berry to fix the QB position, and ultimately get this team to relevance?

  10. EVERYTHING IS ON KEVIN…. He chose not to play the best quarterback or even give the dude a chance then when he did he clearly chose not to coach to win. He is literally the coach and his decision making was horrible all season. This is the downfall of stefanskis career, he will get another job coaching but will underperform and that will be it… and glad I’m here to see it.

  12. We get it. The NFL wants Stefanski to stay and are using their media to let it be know. The fact is however that the FANS want him Gone. You really can't have Shedeur as QB and keep him after what he did to Shedeur Sanders this Season.

  15. Since the Giant organization is the one who set off the collusion against Shedeur Sanders in the Draft. It makes sense that Kevin Stefanski be their problem since he colluded to destroy Shedeur Sanders all season.

  19. Myles Garrett and Denzel Ward doesn't want a teardown so hire within Jim Schwartz as HC Tommy Rees as OC and let Jim hire his DC and Special teams coordinator that easy

  20. THAT TEAM PLAYED HARD..THAT TEAM DOESN'T WANT ANOTHER QB THEY ARE PLAYING FOR "SHEDEUR" NOT KEVIN STEFANSKI..THOSE YOUNG MEN SEE HOPE, FREEDOM AND A LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL..KEVIN REPRESENTS THE PAST.. "DARKNESS"..THEY WANT OUT OF THAT "DARKNESS"..!!!

  23. This guy can’t coach. He gave up play calling 2 years in a row. He has backups that are not ready at all because he can’t multi task and develop players. He runs his mouth to other coaches in the league and it gets back to management. The team has work to do in order to change the culture and the bad coach getting his walking papers is a great start.

  28. Stefanski must go. He's shown he can't develop players. For an offensive guru. The Browns Offense has never been good. Time to go. Playing Gabriel who obviously doesn't belong in the league. Is enough of a reason to get rid of him

  30. All Stefanski had to do was move Shedeur up the depth chart like he earned in camp. From there until now, that created a whole snowball of sh🤬 that got out of control. Stefanski must suffer the consequences. There's the door ➡️🚪
