4. Why spurs isn't playing him I still don't know, we are giving minutes to carter and waters but not sochan, why?
   I remember i think last season when his hair was green at that time he was great wasn't he, what happened then?
   In my opinion i think mitch just doesn't like doesn't believe he can improve his plays or decision making.

6. I would prefer that the Spurs keep Jeremy Sochan because of his defense. However, that's a greedy, "the more the merrier" view. They acquired him before they acquired Victor Wembanyama, Stephon Castle, Luke Kornet, and Dylan Harper.

   The Spurs once needed Sochan but now have no room for a paltry-scoring defensive player. As much as I like his defense, passing, and work ethic he will probably never be a scoring machine although he has worked hard in the offseason to improve offensively. It's just an unfortunate reality for him that the Spurs can no longer use him.

   Maybe Sochan lands on an offensively strong team needing stronger interior defense. I think he'll thrive there.

7. One note on Sochan. He's not a slasher. He cuts, rolls, and scores on offensive rebounds. He occasionally tries to deive to the rim, but his ball handling and touch a very poor so it rarely goes well. He's poor as a spot up shooter. Don't get me wrong, I love watching him play and I wish there was a role for him on this team, but his weaknesses just keep him off the court right now.

8. I'd be cool with Jones or Murphy. I think Murphy will be a little more expensive. I would lean towards Herb Jones. Go Spurs Go!

9. I don't think the Pelicans trade anyone; they have no desire or incentive to lose.

   I think Olynyk + Sochan + minimum contract gets you closer to an Andrew Wiggins-level player than Trey Murphy III.

10. Sochan, too lazy to work on his offensive game but defense, is effort and offensive skill set required a ton of practice, and he didn't work on his offensive game at all since he picked up a basketball

12. While that trade Lowe suggested makes sense, if you look at players at around the 20 million range will either costs a lot more than 1 pick, or are not worth it. I think the Spurs are more likely to use the expiring deals of Sochan/Olynyk to add some basic second rounders to the team while trading those expiring deals away. That seems more likely than a big trade. There aren't like this group of 3&D guys who are getting traded. Its much easier for the Spurs to pick those up in the draft. Trading the Hawks swap this year will be silly cause this is a strong draft and its our only pick, trading the 2027 hawks pick is bad because they might suck if Trae leaves this year. So overall I don't see a trade happening

13. Y-Win by 10 or more pts. This team has demonstrated that without Wemby they seem to focus play more in sync and with less turnovers. They again come together and play another great game sharing the ball because they know Wemby is on the bench.

14. They need sochan in the playoffs! Dirty minutes in crunch time Defense! He won't be traded. No trades needed
