  1. Does this mean Bregman to the Red Sox? Doesn’t this eliminate Bregman’s leverage?

  2. Wonder what this means for Kyle Tucker. I feel like the Blue Jays were the only team linked to him

  3. Excellent more good players being signed while the Red Sox continue to do absolutely nothing

  4. This was always the frustrating thing about even our best case scenario “just bring Bregman back”. Like sure, but a bunch of other good players are changing teams too, and the al east is going to add a bunch! In no way are we jumping ahead of these teams

  5. We’re just running it back w the addition of Wilson Contreres and Sonny Gray instead of Giolito. Hope this works

  6. Anyone else leaning toward Bo? I get that free agency often drags out, sometimes intentionally, but this feels like a situation where we could do better.

  7. A four-year, $60M deal likely means Jays are out on Tucker and Bregman to a lesser extent they are likely out on Bo as well.

Hopefully Sox pick up 2 of the 3.

  8. FO padding themselves on the back for making a frugal money ball move by not signing unproven ball players again

  9. I don’t like this. Seems like a very good fit unfortunately. Low pressure for him. Huge plus if he’s good and they can afford to absorb the contract if he underwhelms.
