  1. Great get by Houston, he slides into Framber's place (hopefully), and Imai get's a couple extra tries at free agency. If Imai is even 75% of his NPB numbers, this is a great value for the Astro's to keep adding pieces and challenge Seattle for that top west spot.

  2. I have lost all respect for him! Signs with a cheater club. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT IT BEING YEARS AGO! As long as Altuve is still on the team they should not be allowed in the postseason ever!

  3. BRO i actually thought he was serious when he said he wanted to beat the dodgers instead of joining them. But then he joins the Bucket Boys???? Funny stuff.

  4. 9:10

Imai’s ballpark in Japan is probably closer to an outdoor stadium- it has a roof but no AC and the conditions are probably wilder than an outdoor stadium. I do see some upside there

  5. Wanted Imai but understand the question marks.

Also Ik we’ve been linked to Framber but I’m ngl. I’d rather pay Ranger Suarez 3/81 than Framber 3/100. I don’t think either of them would be an ace the Mets need and I’d rather save the ace money for Skubal next year

  6. Imai said he wanted to "beat" the Dodgers, and New York fans instantly started drooling like it was a done deal with the Mets or Yankees 💀. Bro didn’t say he wanted to spend 162 games getting booed by his own fans while paying state taxes that hit harder than deGrom’s fastball. Being a Yankee ain’t the dream anymore — it’s community service. And the Mets? Please. That’s not a flex, that’s a cry for help lol😂…

  7. Do the Mets not already have a number of pictures who have a range of outcomes similar to Imai's? It's not a certainty at all that this guy is a valid middle of the rotation starter in MLB, I can understand why teams looking for more certainty in their rotation stayed out of this one but we'll see.
