    Stefanski was supposed to give the Browns a floor. 3 or 4 wins isn’t a floor, it’s the bottom. Not only that but he was supposed to be an offensive guru. Even with bad players, you should still be able to coach them to score more than 20 points more often than 6 times in 2 years. His inability to support the offensive side of the ball and bring in lackluster coaching just aids the overall lack of production these past two years.

My problem with Stefanski is not necessarily wins and losses, it is his handling of Shedeur Sanders, while I agree he was put on the spotlight by Sanders, he blew it big time and that is not Shedeur’s fault. Handling big name players comes with being a millionaire NFL coach. He allowed his emotions to get in the way of coaching Shedeur Sanders to the point of what some believe was sabotage. The irony is, if he had embraced Shedeur Sanders from the beginning he would more than likely still be the coach of the Browns.
