The Las Vegas Raiders’ 2025 season was an absolute disaster, and they must make these 3 moves to get themselves on track for 2026. First, they need to trade superstar DE Maxx Crosby. Crosby could net the Raiders the draft capital they desperately need to rebuild their terrible roster. Plus, Crosby and the organization have had some public disagreements; their relationship appears to be over. Second, they need to fire Pete Carroll, the 74-year-old head coach who shouldn’t have been hired in the first place. Finally, if they end up with the first overall pick in the draft, they need to trade back and acquire more picks. This is for the same reason they should trade Crosby: the roster is terrible, and whatever QB they would select wouldn’t be able to turn the franchise around.

What is this nonsense we don’t deserve good players shit? This is a business, no emotion in this shit. I love the raiders and Crosby, but they’re will be another Crosby for the raiders. Idc about his prime or the superbowls he gets unless it’s with the raiders.
How about we keep him build the defense and use him like Denver used Demarcus ware. He’s not the best but he’s a good veteran that will get about 10-15 sacks a year with a new younger star that Crosby helped develop.

Absolutely do not trade back, unless we are trading with the jets. If you aren’t receiving a first rd pick in the top 3, and a 1st rd pick next year plus an extra 3rd this year or a second next year instead then it’s not worth it.
Pick Mendoza stop over thinking it put all your energy into thinking what potential first rd pick is gonna fall to the top of the second for us
