“It was just unbelievable,” he said. “Grown men going on a night out (saying) ‘Let’s throw on these costumes and go to a game.’ Nerds.”
The fact he immediately became a back to back champ against those very “nerds” lmao
I still maintain that there was no reason for a star like Tkachuk to fight a goon like Kassian after nailing him with 3 clean and heavy hits.
But of course Kassian had his hissy fit and the Oilers media got ahead and took control of the narrative and pressured Tkachuk into that fight.
Remember how they were all saying Kassian was a star player since he played on the first line with McDavid and Draisaitl at the time, so it was a fair Star vs Star player fight.
