Daboll is a really good OC I can see him developing a young QB.

As long as Flores is actually on board with whoever the Raiders draft for QB instead of… whatever happened between him and Tua, I’d be pretty fine with this outcome.

If this happens at least Belichick can’t congratulate the wrong Brian again.
I really hate the idea of yet another attempt at being patriots west. That said, both these guys have had success outside of New England in ways that would help us. Flores has been the leagues best dc and I think he would make the most out of a thin roster on that side of the ball. Daboll has now overseen the breakout of two “project” QBs in Josh Allen and Jaxson Dart. So we could certainly do worse than them coming together here.

Brian Flores is probably the worst coach to bring in for a young QB.

I honestly don’t hate the idea. Flores is a great defensive coach and Daboll had good offenses in New York.
Bucs fan here. I genuinely would love this for my team. I think Flores is the best defensive mind in the game currently. And you can do a lot worse than Daboll at OC especially if you have Flores there to rein him in. And Flores kind of feels like the perfect Raiders HC. At the very least you guys would know the team would be trying 100 percent every single game.
Give him Mendoza who’s a no nonsense just wants to play football QB and I can see the Raiders being that scrappy ass death by a thousand cuts, run the ball, play action, time of possession play defense team that will at the very least be a respectable franchise. Just my two cents, but this pairing would have me excited.
I mean last year it was a for sure they where getting Ben, so let’s wait a bit no?
