Your three best players can't all want the ball in their hands and don't want to play defense. Even if they figure it out offensively, 41 year old LeBron being the best defender of the bunch is a death sentence (and I'm not saying LeBron plays good defense, the others are just that bad).

Give Bron the second unit and starters minutes. He can do his little routine and not hurt the synergy of the starters. Give dude 25-28 minutes a game and let him be the black hole off the bench. If you stick around long enough, eventually you will have to be comfortable with being in a support role.
