Man this was the best win of the season. I haven’t seen us play defense that well since last years SCF.
Penguins beat the Blue Jackets so we’re still not in the wildcard, but man what a fucking gane with Tkachuks return right around the corner and what has to be a huge confidence boost for Tarasov.
Unreal game from TARASAVE. Thank god the winter classic jerseys aren’t cursed now. Beating a wagon of a team like the Avs definitely helps heal the winter classic L a bit.

Tarasov has a lot of personality on the ice. Really aggressive handling and skating. We’re lucky to have such a great pair of tendies. Edge of my seat the first period with all the turnovers. Avs looked gassed, but we had something to prove after the winter classic. Hope Landy is okay, sure we’re gonna hear about our ice and the nhl shouldn’t be in Florida for the rest of the season.

I knew this game would be good! No traffic getting to the arena tonight. Then a lady approached us out front and asked if we’re in the 300s and then asked if we wanted Corona Beach House tix for free. Umm, duh, yeah! Then got to watch our boys hand Colorado a rare L!
I think this W totally offsets Fridays L. Way more meaningful to beat Colorado.
You can tell losing in the WC pissed em off. They weren’t gonna lose this game.
