As bad as the record has been, this season has honestly been the least stressful season in my opinion. All about expectations and how things look going forward.

As of now, the worst season in Pacers history was back in 1982-83 when they ended the season 20-62 with a .244 winning percentage.

The Pacers are currently on pace to eclipse this at a winning percentage of .167, or approximately 14 wins. Still, this season has been much easier than those Jim O'Brien years.

  1. It ain’t the despair that gets you. It’s the hope.

Just resign yourself to the facts the Pacers will get screwed out of a top-three pick in the lottery only for OKC or ATL to swoop in and get the No. 1 pick. Meanwhile, the Pacers will fall to fifth and draft some white dude.
