3. How many first round picks have amounted to anything ? AR record as a starting QB 8-7 Shane Steichen s record as a Head Coach 25-26. Does that mean we should keep AR ? I have no clue . Does that make steichen a bad coach again I have no idea. I do know that the one person who is accountable for the rosters has never been held accountable. We loose one key player then another and another and that will be the reason he comes back. The 49ers lost their two best defensive players and their starting QB for a large portion of the season and their record is 12-5. What does this mean for 2026 I want to be up beat but I fear we have officially been eliminated from the 2026 playoffs.

4. I strongly disagree with your call for a new OC. The stats show that the Colts offense was 5th in the Pro Football Focus rankings, 11th in total offense with 354 yards per game, 7th in points, and 7th in success rate, and 5th in O-line. The issue continues to be on the defensive side of the ball. Houston pulled their starters in the 2nd half, we did not and yet we could not get off the field on 3tr downs. Injuries account for some of it, we don't have a pass rush, our secondary is terrible (again, injuries play a part), and our linebackers are just average. We need to overhaul the defense and get guys healthy.

7. You’re way more optimistic than most other fans. I have been very gracious to this front office, but now I’m done. Other teams face injuries just as much as us and they find ways to win. Daniel Jones was playing like trash before he got injured luckily Alec Pierce bailed him out in a few plays..

    No this does not affect the mentality of the team, the heart and mind of the coach, Chris Ballard, Carlie, her sisters….? No, this affects nobody at all when you can clearly see you're being targeted.

23. I am disappointed in hearing Ballard and Steichen will be back. Steichen is a glorified Frank Reich. And Ballard had enough chances. He wouldn't give up picks to get someone like Stroud or Marvin Harrison, Jr but gives up 2 first rounders for Gardner. Makes no sense. The Colts need to clean house. If they aren't getting rid of leadership (big mistake), they need to get rid of some of the guys not paying dividends. That includes Pittman. It just felt like he quit on the team. Warren and Taylor kind of disappeared the second half of the season. This is where I look at Steichen and Jim Bob. If you cannot make plays for those two guys, you don't belong in the NFL as coaches. Defenses figured the Colts out and those two coaches just could not adjust. They are so far in over their heads it is embarrassing for the franchise. I feel this team never learns from its mistakes. Which is probably why this team is mediocre year after year. I really hope Richardson is gone. He has been useless at best. I wonder how many of the Colts problems on offense in the second half of the season came from getting rid of Mitchell. The guy had issues, but I'm thinking maybe he kept defenses somewhat honestly even though you couldn't trust him as a player. He left and almost immediately the offense tanked. Could be a coincidence. But the Colts dismantled some good teams in the first half. They absolutely destroyed the Broncos defense. So simply playing better teams is not a valid excuse for the complete offensive collapse in the second half.

24. Paye, Ebukam, Lewis can go.
    Zaire needs to be let go. He isn’t the leader the Defense needs, He’s a target. Pratt can be kept for cheaper.
    MPJ will restructure his deal if they ask. Pierce will get franchised worst case scenario and Hines will be back because he’s found a home.
