For a minute there I thought special teams and defense let Rodgers down for the final game of his career.

I’m not ready for a world where Aaron doesn’t play. The emotions of tonight have made that clear.
Watching the postgame he fully expected/implied that to be the end of his career. Gotta be a bizarre feeling going from acceptance of it being over to playing next week. Good for him.
Dude if we dont deal with 9ers and make it to the bowl… somehow… and face off against Rodgers. The potential ending of his carreer… winning a bowl against the steelers as a Packer and then beating the packers as a steeler in a final game like… thats a movie ending.
It wont happen but like, that would be wild. Im saying that out loud/written, so that it doesnt happen so dont freak out guys. Its like I jinxed it so it wont happen.

YES! That ending had me biting my knuckles, it felt like Rodgers did everything he could just for the special teams/defense to fuck it all up, I basically KNEW his career was over once Baltimore was on the 20 of line with two seconds left… And they fucked it up even worse then Boswell.
I think we all love Rodgers, and I’m glad to see him in the playoffs once more. Any chance he stays for another season?

My son and I were watching and that last TD pass…I was like if that was it man he played until the end…… Then we rode the emotional rollercoaster there at the end

I feel bad for that ravens kicker. The broadcast was gassing him up huge right before the kick and then he shanks it. Brutal way to end your rookie year.

I was joking with my friends after the Ravens TD, it’d be poetic for the defense to let him down one more time. Then he came back to go up by 3! Oh wait, his special teams still needs to let him down. Then his defense lets him down again! But somehow the ravens special teams shits the bed. What a game.
There needs to be a statistic done on teams who wore the cheese graters. I don’t think the record is in their favor
Ripping through those timeouts on 1st down 🥲 but good to see him win.
I appreciate Rodgers securing us a playoff spot one last time a couple weeks ago.
We couldn’t return the favor against the ravens. I’m glad he made it after all.
Though it would have been truly poetic tragedy if a specials teams mistake had led him down yet again.
Electric QB play, defense buckling like a paper doll in crucial situations, multiple huge special teams gaffes- the last 3 minutes of that game was like watching the Packers play the Packers.

Rodgers is too good to only have one Super Bowl, we didn’t do right by him. We’re going to be one and done, hoping Rodgers gets a second ring, he deserves it.
