Pierce has proven he is WR1 by now. Pittman looked good with Jones and he hasn’t really had a fair go around the past 3-4 years. If we can bring him back for cheap after next season, he’s a great WR2 to have and seems to want to be here. Doesn’t he have one more season on his contract? Why’s he talking like this already? Not sure what he’d draw on the trade market
This personality and his competitiveness and fire on the field are why he’s impossible not to like.
To me with Pittman, it’s all about the money.

He was a great TE when we didn’t have a TE, but now we do and he costs twice as much as a TE should.
They probably restructure and add a year.
In a podcast he stated how he would love to stay in Indiana and be a colt his whole career. I think he is a solid receiver, but he is definitely not worth the money he is getting paid.I do love his leadership and positivity he brings to the team.
I definitely think Carlie and the girls will talk about reworking his contact whilst giving Alec Pierce the contract that he is deserving.
I’d like to see a restructure. We’re not in a position to get a stud WR1. If we can keep AP, I think we are solid at WR between these two, Downs, and Warren.
With Ballard being back I doubt he has the balls to do anything. Hell noone will. There’s no accountability at all.

I know everyone is enamored with Pierce but can a WR1 really only be a 1000 yard threat? I guess that’s definitionally true. Pierce will finish around top 20 in yards

Ballard has wasted so much potential chasing after new shiny things that dont pan out.
I’d love to see him back as a 2nd or 3rd option, just feel like pierce and downs are more explosive players as is Warren.
Damn if I see him in another jersey I’ll feel sad. So long as he goes to a winner. He deserves it. That SF monsoon game with Wentz was legendary stuff

I’d like him to stay as a Colt, he was a damn good possession guy with Danny around. Hope we can find a way to keep him.
I really want him to stay. He’s become such an Indiana guy through and through.
Ive liked him overall but probably best that he goes.
