My Wishlist? Fire Bowles!
Bowles a nice guy I like him. But it’s not working he needs to be canned! The whole coaching staff needs to canned! Period! I disagree with hiring Gruden he missed on draft picks. Gruden literally has the worse draft classes in Bucs history. No thanks His coaching style is too old school we need someone younger.
They need to go in an entirely different direction.

Jon Cooper always talks about process over outcome. If the Glazers bring Todd Bowles back they’re essentially saying the process doesn’t matter as long as the outcome is just barely good enough. The process matters! Bowles doesn’t have the right process for consistently winning in the modern NFL game. He has virtually zero chance to lift the Super Bowl trophy as a head coach.
