  9. Shane you or Lou need to make some serious changes in position coaching staff. Chris Ballard needs to make a few changes in our scouting staff too. Fish rots from the head down. If you don’t make them changes I’m sure Rivers could fine you a spot on his High School Staff after Carlie cuts you loose.

  11. ESPN is reporting it’s official, Shane and Ballard will be back next year. I won’ be, many other fans won’t be either. Tired of an organization (owner, coaches) being ok with mediocrity. Hey at least Cignetti and the Hoosiers are reloading already. One of if not the best QB in the portal(Hoover), AND the best WR in the portal (Marsh) committed today to the Hoosiers.

  28. Colts fans need to show there displeasure with Carlie by refusing to buy any Colts merchandise or tickets,she wants to talk about spending millions on mediocre garbage like Ballard, Colts fans shouldn’t help her finance that garbage,let her spend her own money.

  34. Ballard is going to retain his job? Are you kidding? I can't spend my time or money on this team anymore. I have loved this team since I was a little kid watching Eric Dickerson at Anderson University during camp. I was here for all of the heartbreak with the Jim Harbaugh team with the loss in Pittsburgh. I watched this team draft Peyton Manning and endure a very tough rookie year to see him then turn it around the following year and create a great decade of excellent football. I watched the 2006 Super Bowl with my friends and we celebrated seeing the team we all loved finally achieve the impossible. I watched the tearful goodbye as Peyton left for another team that he would eventually take to another Super Bowl. I saw the dawning of the new era with Andrew Luck only to see our joke of a GM Grigson squander his talent by not investing in any quality protection for him and seeing Luck's body be broken in front of our very eyes. I've seen Ballard burn through two head coaches, ten starting quarterbacks(including one who was the 4th overall pick which is now a bust), and three defensive coordinators with only two playoff appearances and one win over the course of nine seasons. In this time we've seen season after season end with massive injuries that place major players on IR at a rate well above that of the league average yet we've seen no changes in the training staff or facilities. Vets from over a decade ago talk about how they still know almost all of the training staff in the facility. The owners and FO can say they want to win until they're blue in the face. But actions speak louder than words. And they've had almost a decade of actions that have given zero indication that they actually want to win. Something has to give. And maybe that something is the fans just not caring anymore. At this point, leave Indy. If you're not going to be a point of pride for the city/state, then why are you even here?

  35. Man Shane the best coach we’ve had in forever. I’m not even worried about Shane, thankful to have him. Love our offense we will be cooking again next year. Defense needs a good talking too though lol

  40. We deserve better than the same talking points each week. Something is severely wrong when you have a rookie come in and play a really good game but as a coach you couldn’t see that but you go and get a 45 year old to play and get less results. These guy’s sitting around remanicing like this is a class reunion and not a pro football team. So sad who loses all these games in a row and keeps a job…wow

  42. It's crazy how we had a historically good offense and the best record in football at 7-1 with a healthy Daniel Jones and Buckner. Then, we essentially lose both of them in the same week and Colts fans are saying "fire everyone."

    Like, what did you expect Ballard and Steichen to do when your top players on offense and defense both go down?? Not to mention how for some reason our corners were snake bitten this year. Ballard brought in Sauce to clean that up (which he did in the few games he played) only to succumb to the injury bug as well.

    I don't mind running it back since I still remember the 1st half of the season. With better injury luck next year and a few minor adjustments, there's no reason to believe we can't be just as dominant next season. I understand Carlie's decision.
