We’ve had 8 years of slow starts behind the 8 ball, and this season we’ve made an improvement and started 8-2!
Next season we’re going to improve on that, unless there’s something else I can make an excuse about.
We’re on track to have a team that can run deep into the playoffs sometime in 2035.

I don’t understand how Amorim has gotten the sack before Ballard. Both my clubs are completely mismanaged but in completely opposite ways.
There are no consequences for onwers. They are billionaires win or lose. The only way to get ownership’s attention is to stop buying season tickets and merch. Fans need to hit them in the pocketbook before they will care.

The urgency to go 8-9 has never been higher for the Indianapolis colts. I can’t wait for the next season to be a bust so we can finally once and for all get rid of that troll at the GM position.
Honestly I used to wonder if Ballard was somehow able to manipulate Jim in the state of mind he was in the last few years of his life, but at this stage I honestly have no idea and kind of wonder if Carlie and him don’t have some kind of relationship going on to where she’s just blinded by his bullshit/wants to see him succeed super badly and she was the one in Jim’s ear the last few years telling him to have faith in the guy.
It’s utterly insane
Another average year fir an average team. Rinse and repeat next year sadly, I thought Carly had bigger balls than her dad. Guess we are just in the same cycle of mediocrity for years to come.
